Booked here to attend the Open so a bit pricey for what it was. Room on the small side but perfectly adequate. Bed very comfy, a good shower, separate toilet. Good location and discounted parking available across the road. Great Indian restaurant nearby, Nu Delhi and highly recommend the Crown bar.

This was our first visit to Belfast & we loved it. Hotel is in a central location - Donegal Square 10 mins walk, Pizza Express & nice local bars 5 mins. Belfast is lively (&lovely!) so can be a bit noisy on wkend nights like any city. It didn’t impact on our sleep though and we’d slept with the window open (heatwave!). Staff were great - always smiley & helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day / fresh towels. Rooms are functional and a bit tight on space. Don’t expect luxe from a budget hotel. We were out a lot so it didn’t matter to us. Beds were comfy. We’re x2 50+ years friends sharing and I slept in the bunk fine! Breakfast was loads better than we expected: yoghurt, berries, toast, jams, beans, ham, cheese, bread rolls, pastries, fruit, cereals, non dairy milk, juices, salad (£7). Tea & coffee is free and there’s hot water machine if you want to fill a flask. Cool little bar area with a pool table. It has a nice, friendly hostel vibe!

Cheap and Cheerful, you get what you pay for!

Had a fantastic weekend on Belfast. As in other reviews, shower and sink not separate in room, toilet small,room small but you don't come away to spend hours in your room. Clean towels every day, bed comfortable. No tea and coffee in the room but available and free in reception. Reception staff cheerful and helpful. You can leave your luggage behind reception before you check-in, so you can go and explore. Central position, did not have breakfast as there's a cafe the Lava House very close which does excellent breakfasts, cheap price and also a Wetherspoons offering the same. Lots of pubs eating places close by. Enjoyed our stay in Belfast, will come back.

Very basic, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful but the rooms totally are awful. Tiny, tired, dirty. No tea facilities. Shower and sink in the room. Separate toilet. Stayed 2 nights, nothing cleaned, bin not emptied. Really don’t bother, many other places to stay. PS - I didn’t book it a friend did ! Wouldn’t stay here again.

Avoid at all costs or make sure your jabs are up to date.

You know you are on to a loser when the taxi driver laughs when you tell him the hotel you are staying in. As per the pictures the hygiene is awful. The reception was clean(ish) , the staff friendly but unkempt. Avoid this hotel at all costs for just £10 more you can stay at a hotel 400yds away that is far far better.
