The location of this hotel is fantastic with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel front of house is modern, clean and presented really well. The room we had was a superior room which was good in terms of size and fairly modern to be fair, the tea / coffee we had was poor with only one very small milk carton, so we ended up purchasing coffee and milk from a local store. The double bed was two singles pushed together. The room service menu was poor and not much of a choice at all. Breakfast is 35 euros irrespective if you wanted cooked breakfast or just a croissant / continental but for that you can have all types and as much as you like. I would recommend staying in the week as it’s cheaper than weekends. It was my wife’s 50th birthday which I did advise them at booking and not even a happy birthday at check in or nothing which I thought was poor. I personally wouldn’t visit this hotel again but the views of the Eiffel Tower from the room is superb, my advice book 1 night there and stay elsewhere for other nights. Concierge staff at the front door were excellent Internet in the hotel says it’s free but I was charged 29.00 euros so be mindful.

We stayed here which was a great view from the balcony, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and this time has improved a lot as in the previous visit to Paris we always stayed here that is why we do know that it has improved but the disadvantages that could led to such a large issue are the communication and body language with the waiter because of the differences of language. Overall, great stay with a great location and view from the balcony but the accommodation was quite expensive.

from checkin-to checkout everything was perfect. Especially desert in our room as welcome amenity was very delcious. Breakfast - Amazing breakfast. Restaurant is cozy and big enough to have perfect breakfast. Various and tasty selections for breakfast. You can have perfect start to your day Location - Amazing. Its a bit away (30min walk) from Elysees but the walking way is along Seine is very nice/quite and plenty of things to discover about Paris. With taxi max 10min driving. But if you are fan of Eiffel - its the best location. From hotel to trocadero 10min nice walking way with perfect view. Staff - Very helpfull. Especially Sarah GR manager and Stolic Tea who helped a lot. Room Size - I had deluxe room with balcony. Amazing room with Eiffel view and Size is perfect. You can relax there. Entertainment - No need to go outside for nice PAris evening - at least 2 nights. 1 nigt you can spend at top roof restaurant and enjoy Eiffel nioght view. and 2nd night in lobby restaurant where superb DJ is playing with cozy atmoshphere. Other nights you can go out )) The only improvement area - in Deluxe room its not good to have 2 twin beds combined as King Bed)). Despite it did not affect lot, King bed itself makes big difference compare dto 2 twin beds combined as KING :) Thanks Hotel team for their help in making my 5day trip to Paris relaxing and enjoyiable.

Short stay in Paris with comfortable room, good shower and efficient breakfast service. Check in was relatively straightforward, reception area can get busy as groups meet. Easy enough to arrange taxis to meet at front of hotel. Easy access to promenade by the tower. Thank you for looking after me.

Never, ever accept a room with interconnecting doors

This hotel is ideally situated in a safe area with good transport links and great views. Reception and restaurant staff were great. BUT I had the worst night’s sleep in a hotel of my life. The rooms with interconnecting doors to adjacent rooms (I was in 305) have absolutely no sound insulation from the adjoining rooms. The inconsiderate guest in Room 304 on 5th November talked on a phone for many hours, eventually finishing about 0430. And that was an hour after I had asked him to be quiet: he apologised…but carried on unabated. The doors are so thin, I could hear both his voice and that of his contact even though the phone was not on speaker. Value for money? Absolutely not.
