The rooms and location is good but I have the problems about the deposit refund. I have been charged for no show reason on April because I cannot cancel the booking. After I checked with the customer service via email, they said that I have the booking under my account but it cannot be visible on my account because it was under the name of a different guest. How can I cancel the booking if it cannot be visible. Why I need to pay for that. If I forget to cancel so I will pay for it but this case I cannot cancel because it cannot be visible. Please consider this case again.

This was an amazing deal! Close to the subway. Great breakfast, clean and updated rooms (a bit small but it is Paris after all) A M A Z I N G showers (after all that walking!) Would definitely return! The Staff was very accommodating and kind! The barman was so nice to us (and we were just getting coffee) and Stephanie was very helpful in the morning helping us choose our breakfast. 10/10!!!

average. it’s okay? the air conditioning DOES NOT WORK!!!! it’s unbearably hot so if you want to come here bring a fan, bathrooms tiny, beds are pretty nice and comfortable , there was a tissue with blood on it in the bathroom ? so it makes me questions how often it’s being cleaned.. anyways , it was an average alright stay but trying to sleep in the stuffy hot room was actually awful.

Excellent bar!!! We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days, and decided to wander down to this bar our last night. Definitely worth it. Miguel is a fantastic bartender!!! Would definitely come back!! Very friendly service, and a very fun environment!!!!!
