Nice hotel in a good location

My son and I spent four nights in this hotel and had a lovely time. The location is great, as it is walking distance to Eiffel Tour and is right across a metro station and a few blocks from another one, so we always traveled from 15 to 35 minutes to go anywhere. The area is nice and we always felt very safe. The lobby is very original and lovely. The staff are friendly and the attention very good. The room isn't big but it's comfortable and well sized for Paris. It could use some drawers to put stuff, but we didn't have any problem. Very close to the hotel you can find a few stores and many restaurants. We would happily go back to this hotel on a future trip to Paris.

立地が素晴らしく、部屋も綺麗で、特に部屋の棚に小物をいろいろ置くことができで滞在中に部屋の中がごちゃごちゃにならずに快適に過ごせました。金庫があるとよかったです。チェックインのフロントの女性がとても親切で感じがよく気分が良かったです。チェックアウトの時の男性は一言も発さず冷たかったです。

Functional rather than enjoyable

On the positive side, it’s clean and functional with a comfy bed a TV, shower, toilet and a very small desk area to work if needed. The bathroom is extremely small (about 1m x 2m) but it all works fine. (Apart from the air in/thermostat which is set to warm and I could turn it down /off but the window opens so all was okay) The restaurant is okay , breakfast is continental and you can probably find plenty you like, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner, there are plenty of restaurant in the local area. So, if you just need a bed for the night , it’ll do more than a couple of nights I would look elsewhere.

First thing to understand is to manage your expectations Ibis is a travel lodge or holiday inn style/quality hotel so don’t expect too much The hotel itself is decent enough, the morning buffet style breakfast has everything you would expect but not a massive choice selection, coffee not to my taste but take out cups available which is nice if you did like it The bar is a very nice place to sit & relax with pleasent staff and nice wine Rooms are what really let this place down They are tiny (or at least mine was) No tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge, no wardrobe (there is a shelving unit with rail for hangers) The bathroom is microscopic, if you are a large person going to the toilet would not be comfortable at all Location wise it is 20 mins away from the Eiffel Tower (walking the shortest route), 45 mins from notre dame and an hour from the Louvre There is plenty of restaurants within close walking distance which is good but if you want to be close to the famous attractions in Paris I wouldn’t recommend staying here (unless you like lots of walking) Overall I had a pleasent stay here as I did a lot of research and knew what to expect. Just because I have now been to Paris I know where the better locations are for somewhere to stay so I will probably not return

The hotel is really lovely. We stayed there for 4 nights. The room was smaller than expected however it worked for my daughter and I. The bathroom was tiny however it was clean. The staff was really lovely and helpful. We needed more towels and got them straight away. Our bed was done everyday. Again, staff was lovely and very polite. We had breakfast there once. We thought it was a bit pricey hence we ate somewhere else. The hotel is ideally located. 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 min from UNESCO. 3 min from Metro Cambronne. Many restaurants around to eat from. The hotel has a brasserie which we did not try. The bar was brilliant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had bites to eat there and it was tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.
