Family overnight trip. Good location. Shower didn't drain properly and carpet is in rough shape makes hotel feel dated. And room smelt musty and not clean. We got a federal discount which I am glad we did because the room is not worth the 189 plus tax it is listed for.

The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. Fast check in (and check out). Staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. We were there for an event and the facilities were perfect. The room was kept to a high standard and very clean. Overall, absolutely no complaints and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed a night here for shopping at Vaughan mill. Many restaurants near by. Clean room, easy check in and out. Will stay here again in the future.

Overall the room and stay were fine, however the service and follow-up were very poor.

A few hours after we checked out of room 423, we realized we had left a hearing aid charger in the room. We called and spoke to someone who transferred us to the housekeeping manager...no one picked up. We called back and connected with the same person...who wrote down the issue and said someone would call you back. After 6 hours of waiting we called back and someone went and looked came back and said we have nothing but call back tomorrow and try housekeeping. Just terrible service and follow-up. It's unfortunate because before this I would have rated the overall experience much higher and would have recommended Novotel to others.
