With our hotel's industrial design accented by a Dutch touch, and breakfast choices ranging from a full buffet to an express box option, we strive to provide a memorable experience. Nonetheless, we understand that you would have appreciated a shuttle service to the airport. While we do not provide a shuttle due to our commitment to sustainability, we encourage guests to utilize the efficient train or bus options detailed within our guest information, which are both located conveniently close to the hotel. Finally, it is great to know that you found the location of our hotel convenient for your business needs and easily accessible to Amsterdam's city centre. Our proximity to the train station offers a swift 4-minute ride to Schiphol and a short journey to explore the vibrant heart of Amsterdam. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure a pristine environment for all our guests. It's also wonderful to hear that Amber from our front desk provided excellent service with a smile, as we strive to make every guest feel welcome and valued. However, we regret to learn about the challenges you encountered during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of parking discount coupons. Our team is reviewing our processes to ensure we always have an ample supply on hand. Regarding the drainage issues, our maintenance team is addressing this matter to prevent future occurrences. We are also sorry if the service from some of our front desk team members did not meet your expectations. We will follow up on your comments to ensure our usual high standards going forward.
