From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. It wasn’t just professional; it felt personal. The staff seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. • Personalized Touches: The villa host remembered our names and our preference for extra pillows without being reminded. • Going Above and Beyond: On our second day, we mentioned it was our anniversary. When we returned to the room after dinner, the housekeeping team had beautifully decorated our bed with flower petals and left a handwritten note along with a small cake. • Attentive but Not Intrusive: The staff at the pool and restaurant were incredibly observant. My drink was never empty, and they always ensured we had fresh towels, yet they gave us the perfect amount of privacy to enjoy our villa. The Villa Experience The pool villa offered total seclusion and luxury. The private pool was crystal clear, and the transition from the living area to the outdoor deck was seamless. However, even the best room is just a room without the right people—and the team here is what sets this property apart. Final Verdict If you are looking for a place where you are treated like royalty from start to finish, look no further. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We are already planning our return!

lovely food and really nice staff (AO). Will definitely come back again! Was super nice and quiet. And the view of the koi fish and the tree garden outside was nice to sit around!

Lovely food and great service from AO. Perfect setting near the Koi fish pond and water garden. The food was perfect and the iced frappe was delicious. We will be back.
