2 Bedroom Villa - Superb!

Accor Diamond member, 2 bedroom Villa. Family of 4. Let’s set the tone of this review - WOW! We spilt our stay in Hua Hin between here and a previous 4 days at the Movenpick. Both 5 star properties but at opposite ends of Hua Hin. If in any doubt where to stay in Hua Hin - Book V Villas The difference in service levels between the two Accor hotels was astounding. On check in we met our ‘Butler’ Bhayn. Nothing was too much trouble yet he offered perfect discreet service. There when we needed him and left to relax in our pool when we wished to do so. It’s the little things that differentiate this place from the other ‘5 star’ property we stayed in. Yes with loyalty we received a welcome bottle in the room etc. However this place goes above and beyond that. Inflatable pool toys to enjoy ready in the pool for our arrival. Daily treats, afternoon tea delivered, Thai sweets one day, exotic fruits the next. Comp soft drinks in the mini bar. Bhayn even noticed we preferred the zero drinks so stocked up on those varieties. We wished to visit the Spa but couldn’t leave the kids for 2 hours. The Butler manager found us without asking to find a solution. ‘No problem’ they’d look after the kids whilst we visited the spa. The kids enjoyed balloon painting, had Thai tea in the coffee shop and learnt to play Boules whilst we enjoyed the spa. The spa is superb by the way!!! It’s this level of service that excels. Let’s be honest the hotel wins - they sell a 2 hour spa package and we win with the relaxation. Everyone is happy!!! But we didn’t have to ask. The level of service is just above and beyond! Private BBQ in our Villa on our last night again perfectly arranged by Bhayn. As for the Villas - very smart and modern. On arrival it’s a long hedge lined walkway to the beach. It doesn’t look that spectacular at this point, However the villas are located out of sight on each side and down a level. They are extremely private. The pool was great and larger than expected. It really is a clever design and a great set up. Main infinity pool looks over the beach and the bar is great for an evening drink. Just checked out and Bhayn provided the kids with a goodbye gift of a teddy bear with the kids names embroidered on. A lovely touch. And again thoughtful touches he has chilled water bottles for our journey to Bangkok readily prepared. It’s this level of service and hospitality that makes us want to return and would be a valuable education to the other Accor properties in Hua Hin. Thank you V Villas & thank you Bhayn.

This café is suuuper cute! The view is amazing and the whole vibe is just lovely — surrounded by green trees, adorable little ducks walking around, and the nicest people! The food I ordered was delicious, every single dish! What made it even more special was Khun Ao, one of the staff — so kind and helpful, especially with giving info about the hotel’s opening and closing times. I totally fell in love with this place and I’ll definitely be coming back again (and again)!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We spent three wonderful nights here surrounded by breathtaking views and serene surroundings. The staff's warm hospitality truly stood out, especially Butler Paeng who was exceptionally professional and attentive. Her ability to communicate fluently in Thai, English, and basic Chinese made our trip seamless. She provided excellent recommendations for local experiences, expertly arranged our transportation, customized itineraries, and coordinated all hotel activities for us. The dining experience exceeded expectations - every meal at the restaurant was delicious, particularly the diverse and satisfying breakfast spread. The in-room BBQ experience was a delightful highlight, serving generous portions of flavorful dishes that our whole family loved. From start to finish, our vacation here felt truly special. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this unforgettable getaway. Without a doubt, we wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hua Hin!
