While we were pleased to have you stay with us, we are disappointed to hear that you encountered difficulties with parking upon your arrival and experienced a misunderstanding regarding the billing of your food order. Although we offer parking on a first-come, first-served basis, we understand that it can be challenging, especially during busy weekends when many cars are present. Please know that we value your patronage, and to accommodate all our guests, we provide an overflow parking area just 150 meters from the hotel. If needed, our staff can guide you to this parking area after you check in. Regarding the misunderstanding with the food billing, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. This is not reflective of our usual service standards, and we will take steps to ensure such an issue does not happen again.
