We stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed our stay back then so thought we would book a night here whilst we were in Hua Hin to see if anything had changed with the hotel and we were both a bit disappointed with the latest trip here. The hotel was very busy compared to our last trip so felt very overwhelming, we didn't manage to get into the pool this time as too many people in there, the rooms were very basic and didn't sleep well due to how small the beds were and the air conditioning wasn't working very well as it was rather warm despite being on the lowest setting. Not much room in the shower either, bathroom felt very cramped. We didn't find the hotel staff as friendly as last time we stayed either, we booked via Accor as we are loyal members and it seemed like the staff didn't understand how to use the system when giving us our welcome drink, or trying to use voucher on the app (which is for Accor members). Service was slow, and when we had food at the bar we felt like we were being watched by the staff as at the the time we were the only ones in the bar. Don't think we will be returning unless improvements are made. There are much nicer hotels in the area for not much more money, that are not too busy.

Maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

The staff were extremely unhelpful. Fire we were charged extra for the room, then we had to pay cash before we were able to receive some French fries in room service, and parking is miles away. The staff were very unhelpful. My strong advice is to stay well clear of this hotel in Hua Hin

Nice hotel in Hua hin with facilities, the location is good, you can walk to the sea through the nearest alley and can also walk to the tamarind market which know well one. I stayed in the family room, the room and clean and well maintained. the new bed sheet for the bunk bed is cute. The hotel provides a crib for baby. The pool is small but you child still enjoy it. The restaurant is close at night but you can still order something from the bar

Nice Hotel

The team very help full, Happy welcome and good service. Important is Pet allowed without charging. Hotel have 2 areas of parking and they are have pick up service from 2nd parking because far for walk. Hotel is super clean. We will be back when passing Hua-hin again.

Horrendous stay

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very happy and pleasant security guard.......then things went from bad to worse!!! Reception staff unpleasant and unprofessional on booking in, we were a large party of 8 rooms for the first night and 6 rooms for our second night, we were all separated on different floors and everyone commented about how small the rooms were and looked dated, the carpets on every floor looked stained and dirty, but the rooms were clean to be fair! The restaurant was closed at night time on both nights but open for the dreadful breakfast which doesn't cater at all for European guests! Drinks at the bar were extremely expensive and served by miserable uninterested staff! The pool is way too small and again looks dated!! Each room has only 2 pillows which are flat, so I went to reception and asked for 2 more.....I was told I could have one for free but would have to pay 50 baht for the other one!!!! I had a hotel myself for 32 years and have visited hundreds of others.... Never have I had to pay for a pillow.....it's not the money but the principal, I refused to pay on checkout!! I have stayed at numerous ibis hotels and yes I know they are budget but this is ridiculous especially after our party has spent over 20,000baht on our stay! The security guard needs to teach the other lazy disinterested staff to smile 😁
