A special thanks to the staff in this very difficult period. They have done the best to make our stay as good as possible. And more, this hotel is a "pet friendly" hotel. You can stay with your animal and relax !

I stay at ibis hua hin for 1 night, accomodation is standard for ibis hotel. Receptionist at check-in Provide professional service that should be done better. Breakfast is better than the Ibis elsewhere. We stay with pets. Everything in the room is fully equipped. The hotel location is very good. Near convenience store, near beach, near shopping mall

It's good hotel with good staff. It's nearby Cicada Market, so we can have a short walk to market. Staff is very welcome. Room is clean. Breakfast is ok, staff handled distancing seats at breakfast. This makes me feel safe.

A no frills Hotel but perfectly adequate and really handy for beach and Cicada Market. Just a problem with no hot water in the showers, that was fixed once then didn't work again, so gave up asking! Pool was a good cool temperature.

Ibis; I been; I left

Whilst hotel is 400 m from the beach, there is no beach at high tide & no services at low tide! Hotel is also a taxi ride to the town centre & the Ibis shuttle service is too infrequent to be of much use! Whilst we had a basic room, it was fine. The breakfast choice was ok though some bacon would have been nice. Their cereal choice was at least better than at the Novotel Ploenchit last week! Pool a bit chilly: gets no sun so be wary if you expect the water to be warm!

Expected more of the room

The room was big but not well equipped... having the space, there was a really tiny wardrobe, no desk and not even a chair. Not enough equipment if you spend there more than a one night. The parking lot is small though there is a much bigger one about 50-100mts away which may be complicated on rainy days.

Hotel is ok. Location wise is good. They have free shuttle but dont bother as even if u booked it, you cant get on it due to other people who didnt book, got in. Other stuff is fine there. You can get grab to anywhere

Great location, less than 5 mins drive to Cicada and Tamarind Markets. Can actually be accessible by foot. Even though the hotel is not new, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Walls are a little thin though so if you have noisy neighbours (and we did), it can be rather disturbing. But that's no fault of the hotel.

The room is spacious, located away from busting area yet only 5 min drive to city centre The only feedback is the hygiene of the glassware, we found insect in our glass when dine at restaurant and the tea cup in our room is not cleaned.

Nice and Friendly Staffs, Nice Family Room, There is No Fitness in the hotel with small pool. Not much parking in the hotel. Suggest that shuttle car to Parking area should be available for all day up to 10 pm at night as there is not much things to do in the hotel and when we come back no matter what time, there is no parking available.

I have stayed at Ibis/Mercury/Novotel hotels very often and this was the worst experience ever for an Accorhotels chain property. We had prepaid for a five-night stay but chose to leave after two days. The staff was surly and unhelpful. I have a physical handicap and when I asked for a chair in my room (there wasn't one) I was told that they don't have chairs. The room had the standard Ibis facilities with the addition of an amount of dust under the bed. The restaurant had the same menu as at least one other Ibis hotel restaurant in Thailand (Ibis Riverside in Bangkok) but the difference was that the cooking and the service was awful here. The only positive thing at the hotel was the very helpful parking attendant.

Staff and services were great. Rooms and cleanliness were just average maybe it was a busy long weekend. There was a shuttle bus to the night market and it was nice. I'm still happy to be Accor's member.

We stayed there 9 nights. Room is clean. and everything is in it. Breakfast is good. Near the beach. Balcony. Some of the staff are not friendly, and don t way the customers. wich is a Thai custom. Overal good.

This ibis is a great hotel, pitty its a fair distance from the town. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the town until 8pm. Has a great little pool. And a nice bar area and a great buffet breakfast.

If I know right from the start, I wont even make a booking. The dog even sniffed my plastic bag which was full of foods. And the dog barked at me too! I didnt get a room with balcony. Or a pool view room. All my requests were unfulfilled. Pork is everywhere in the breakfast buffet spread.
