It was my 1st time in spa it was a very nice experience fell sleep and my therapist was Mo was very great and helpful the massage was perfect not to hard not to soft.

Exceptional Family Stay at a Stunning Resort

We spent two nights at this beautiful resort as a family with two young daughters (ages 5 and 2), and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s design, atmosphere, and facilities make it one of the most impressive places we stayed during our trip. 🏡 Room We booked a villa with a private pool, and it exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, elegant, and fully equipped — everything was thoughtfully designed and maintained.
The private pool was nice and intimate, but since the main pools are absolutely spectacular, we hardly used it at all. 🍽 Food The food at the main restaurant was outstanding — easily the best we had throughout our trip. Both breakfast and the à la carte lunch and dinner menus were delicious, varied, and of high quality.
Pricing was fair considering the quality and overall experience. Every meal felt like a treat, and we especially appreciated the range of options for both adults and children. 💦 Activities & Entertainment The resort offers a wide variety of activities around the pools — perfect for families with kids. Highlights included a floating ninja course in the large pool and a bouncy hill structure set inside one of the pools that our 5-year-old absolutely loved.
There are also many extra water toys and equipment for rent — not cheap, but definitely fun! Think underwater scooters, electric water guns, and more. These added an exciting touch to our stay. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement While the stay was overall great, there are a few things that could be improved: * The hotel feels slightly understaffed — some common areas appeared a bit untidy or neglected, including our villa’s yard. We even found a dead bird in a corner and a flattened lizard under the outdoor sofa, which was unpleasant. * Around the pools, service was minimal. Unlike other resorts where towels and drinks are proactively offered, here you have to look for staff yourself. * The beach area is very small, roughly 20 meters long, and you can’t really walk along it — so while it’s technically beachfront, it’s not a beach you can enjoy for strolls or playtime. ⭐ Overall Impression Despite some minor maintenance and service issues, this resort remains a truly beautiful and memorable place for families. The rooms, food, and pool facilities are top-notch, and we would happily return — especially once staffing and upkeep improve.

Not a great experience

Me and my family (wife and 7-year-old son) visited this resort for a quick two night stay to relax, enjoy, and have fun. Instead, due to an incident at the resort, it turned out to be a stressful time and a traumatizing impact on my son. A dog was let loose without a leash when my son was cycling on the cycling track. Looking at the dog running towards him, my son tried to run away but got scratched on both his legs. We had to immediately take him to a hospital in Hua Hin and the doctor ordered multiple doses of vaccine due to this. If this was an accident, I can understand but this was sheer negligence and carelessness to let a pet free in a family resort with so many kids around. The resorts policy is to always have pets always secured and on leash in the resort. This basic rule was not followed by the resort’s staff itself. The worse was when we requested the resort to immediately have us discuss with the general manager, the entire team at the reception kept telling us different things. We were provided contact details of K. Nong who is the general manager of the resort who did not pick my call. We came back from the hospital and asked that we want to speak with the general manager. Next day in the morning, we asked to speak with her and nothing. The restaurant manager discussed about this incident with us and we mentioned that we wanted to discuss with general manager and still nothing. We checked out of the resort a bit earlier than the standard check out time because my son was traumatized and didn’t want to spend any time there. We again asked at the reception, we were told another set of lies that the general manager doesn’t work on that specific day. We asked to be called on her working day and suddenly the staff go somewhere and come back saying she will be reaching the resort in sometime. We left the resort, and the general manager decides to finally call me after a couple of hours. We spoke with her and get to know that it was her dog, and she had left it without a leash. I cannot believe that a senior person like her in the resort could do this mistake. She also mentioned that she works on a Saturday and that she was in a meeting when we checked out of the resort. Looks like the entire team were more into manipulating the facts. A total mismanagement by the entire team. I did not expect such kind of experience from a resort of this class. The way the entire team handled this incident was highly unprofessional. We visited the resort for having a fun time which was entirely ruined by the incident and the way the staff (including the general manager) handled the situation. As I write this, my son is unwell due to the vaccine and had to miss his school. He must take the vaccine multiple times and has to go through this all due to the carelessness of the resort. The first and the last time I will visit a S/O group of resorts not because of just the incident that happened but the unprofessional way it was handled by the team.
