I loved my stay at Ibis Riverside. I wish I stayed there longer than one night. Great location and relaxing atmosphere. Si and Aoi were very helpful and friendly at the reception. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Special Thank you to Jo Joe, he is so kind and helpful. 5 stars for him. He is friendly and always smile to us. He says hi to us every time we walk by and always ask if anything he can help. The hotel is at a good location and close to Icon Siam. We will come back next time

JoJoe offered amazing service and was very accommodating. One of the best staff members I have had the privilege of meeting. He took care of us after we had requested to have drinks in the lobby. When it was raining he took us inside to a comfortable location. Was very friendly and kind

Very clean and accommodating, riverside location is beautiful!Quiet, even though you are in the middle of bangkok!The pool is large and extremely clean, breakfast was constantly restocked on busy mornings, bar staff at pool couldn't do enough to please you!I travel a lot in Thailand, I loved this place!

Hotel was clean, and our family room with bunks was a decent size, although the bathroom was very small. Lovely pool area with views of the river. The breakfast was very basic, but ok. Staff were helpful. Was good for a short stay, and would stay again if we visited Bangkok.
