I has stayed at Liverpool Mercure recently. Longer time is 3 days. Firstly, the concierge staff is nicely and professionally approached and help. Secondly, room services staffs. Room clean and tidy. I did personally checked the bed and bed sheet. No human hair or else was found. Excellent. Toilet seat, bathroom also ok. All good. Personally I am a local guide and a Chef for 15 years. I recommend everyone come and experience yourself. Hotel location very close to everything you need. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Thank you Liverpool Mercure.

We recently stayed there to attend a wedding, and while the price and location were unbeatable, the food and room service fell short. The hotel's proximity to the wedding venue was a major plus, and the rates were very reasonable. However, the room service experience was disappointing. We ordered breakfast and were looking forward to a hot meal, but unfortunately, the food arrived cold. Additionally, the coffee cups were only half-filled, which was a letdown. Despite this, the hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. With some improvement to their food and room service, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic place, great friendly staff, nice and clean, large rooms. Many options of food and bars within the facility I stay at this place every time I come to sydney on business. Great value, join accor to gain points and get free accomodation.

Stayed 10 days in two rooms for the family. Hotel is our first choice over the years. Great location, close to motorways and other amenities. Hotel has onsite additional facilities with the Catholic club that gives you access to variety of food and entertainment. Rooms are spacious and just needs slight updates for the bathroom and bedding to keep up the ratings. Cleaners and staff are great at their job.

Not our first stay at the Mecure Liverpool and definitely won’t be our last. The facilities are clean, the kids loved the pool (even though it’s not heated), the restaurants at the Catholic Club are family friendly. The staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful and if you drive, there is plenty of parking.
