Thank you for sharing your commentary Quyen h and sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. I will investigate the cleanliness of the room you stayed in and we do offer bathroom amenities, so I will need to follow that up as well. Slippers for the room are available at Reception. Our lobby scent is the Mercure Branded "Mercure Florid" which can be found in all Mercure properties globally. Thank you

Hi Ian, Thanks for your feedback. I\'m sorry to hear that it took longer than expected to check you into the hotel and minibar is not an option that is available due to the extensive food and beverage offerings that are available in the Sports Club.
