the administration staff were very friendly and made you welcome each day. the house keeping staff went out of their way to make sure our room was clean and tidy. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff on the 27th October who went our of their way to make sure we had enough toiletries. next time we are in Sydney we will be returning. thank you.

Room had no curtains / window blinds. Must have been removed for repair but not replaced yet when I stayed in the room. Window doesn't seal very well when closed so you still get a bit of traffic noise coming through even when closed. Room was very clean though.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and tidy, just needs a few hooks in bathroom to hang clothes, and if breakfast items (coffee machine, pancake machine) was always functional would be better! Other than that had everything you need and is a very comfortable stay. Thanks

I am staying with Ibis Budget Casula Liverpool for 8 years now at least twice a year. During my last stay I ended up with a very soft mattress, that meant hell for my bad back. I mentioned it during breakfast the next day and when I came back to my room in the late afternoon the soft mattress had been replaced with a very firm one and I got a very good night's sleep. Thank you to the staff member who took the action. It was very much appreciated.

This is a budget motel punching way above its weight. Stayed here 3 times always clean, the welcome is always warm and so helpful. The rooms nearer the highway are not the best due to noise. Congratulations to the team and thank you. LP

Basic but affordable. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was good. Room is small but OK. Just some minor issues (shower curtain needs replacing, bathroom door handle broken) Next to Hume Highway so expect traffic noise day and night.

Very good like the refurbished rooms will be back again please put 4 pillows in the rooms for people that like to have more than two bigger packs of milk in rooms would be good but all in all I had a very nice stay

rooms were clean and presented well ,serviced every day of stay previous stays were the same,only downside unfortunately had breakfast for first time staying at establishment very poor had more value and selection at golden arches next door for same cost realise this is a budget hotel but the rooms were above this level pity the breakfast presented was well below even budget level

I went there on Friday check in for 2 rooms. My friend came in on Saturday check in for 1 more room. Your reception told me that, My friend call to cancel the room.(My friend did not call) Finally, your reception told us that, if we want a room. We need to pay extra. This is the way how you do business. Booking online $109. When we check in ask for extra money. Not recomment for everyone. Booking online one price. When you check in you may need to pay extra. We check in on Sat 18 Feb 17.

Hi vichans2017 Thank you for your review. I need to apologise on behalf of our whole team for what occurred upon check-in. There was a total miss-communication on our side, I accept that, and it was an error that is not readily made by any of my team. Unfortunately we had 2 different bookings under similar names, and this is what caused the confusion. My receptionist did try to explain and apologise to you both, but could not get a word in with you screaming and banging on the reception desk. It is totally incorrect in regards to the room rate, you were not charged an extra payment. We do however charge a cash bond which is standard in most hotels. It is not a typical occurrence that we make mistakes, and again we are very sorry that this error was made with your booking.

We had a comfy stay in a King Room fitted for people with disabilities so it was large. The bed ( 2 singles pushed together) was a quality bed with pillow tops and very comfortable. So unusual as most hotel beds are not. Despite the hotel being on the highway the room was quiet with no noise transference between rooms. It was a great pit stop for the night before we continued our drive.

A budget hotel for us on New Year's Eve was great. Things like no bath mats or tissues etc - so prepare yourself, by security was great and suited our purpose. We had two rooms of three in each for our family of 6. Thanks.

When the renovations are done it will be much better. If you need somewhere clean and just a bed for the night, I recommend Ibis Casula. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good parking off the main highway.

A Budget Hotel. Basic but comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The Jug, Bar Fridge, Toilet, Shower and TV, all worked well. The bed was fine and the linen was clean. The air con is of an earlier period, a bit noisy but effective. The hotel is located about 100 meters from take away Restaurants. The location is near the M5 and the Hume Highway runs past the front. Care needs to be taken if you are approaching on or from the M5 as to how you get to entrance. The hotel also has the usual Ibis vending machines.

We were given the key card to someone elses room. We entered the room at around mid night when we arrived at the hotel. The guy had just got out of the shower and wondered why we were standing in his room. All faith lost at this moment. Worst experience ever at an accommodation provider.

Comfortable clean rooms.The bed was made daily along with new towels which I wasn't expecting. Very good value for the price. Coffee and tea facilities were very handy! Would definitely stay here again.

There is not a snowflakes chance in hell that I will return to this hotel. The cleanliness is far from acceptable. At least get rid of the previous gusts drug habits as well as clean the bathroom.....

An overnight stay experience was "not too bad", except for these facts that: A) the bathroom fan ran whole night with annoying noise B) Room TV can only be watched if you are sleeping C) not enough blankets when night became too cold

The room was really clean and was as expected. We were worried about the street noise with being on a major road but was fine. The staff were pleasant. BUT I would never stay there again due to the internal noise. Why do staff put outgoing calls in the middle of the night on speaker? Not the actual call itself but the ringing out of calls so you can hear the line trying to connect. The Staff speak loudly at night as well. We were in room 103 which is quite close to reception. There was simply no consideration for people trying to sleep. Some man was abusing staff at 2am in the morning and we did hear everything that was said and though it was unpleasant we understand that these things happen. But then more noise from phoning and talking which went on for some time. If you can get the reception area to quieten down at night the stay on the bottom floor would be much more pleasant.

The room which was given to me was the worst possible I encountered in last 8 years of my international travel. Serious matter was that fire alarm at the ceiling of the room was stuck my a BOPP tape and I do not know if the same was working or not. No remote control of T.V. and Air conditioner was present in the room, Self over the washbasin was broken and not available at all. rod for hanging towels was missing as was soap holder. Basically each and every attachment was missing. I was shocked that how such kind of room was allocated to a guest who had booked the room 2 weeks in advance. Also while checking in we were informed that since Hotel is fully booked we need to do with what ever room is available. However how could the Hotel book such kind of room which was best kept locked till the things were rectified.

I absolutely agree that all items must have been rectified first and this particular room should not have been released to guests.
