A NIGHT IN THE MOTEL FROM HELL

Absolutely the worse experience ever the room was very substandard there where large plaster chips in the wall the TV was damaged with lines running through the screen unable to watch. The fridge was unbalanced and rattled the blind on the window was torn and pulled from the racks the road noise from the Highway was relentless the faulty air conditioner leaving us freezing throughout the night the controller was damaged at the LCD unable to read. The complex parking had numerous homeless people living in their cars. We had a late check in to what appears to be a very unmaintained facility due to emergency housing as there were people in the corridors until early hours coming and going and talking out loud.

So rude they made me cry!

The staff were rude enough to make me cry, and the cleaner aggressively knocked on my door intimidating me because my Mum complained about them not emptying my rooms bins or providing enough toilet paper. Or vacuuming my floors after staying a week and a half...I think it's suffice to say, don't stay here. I was also woken multiple times during the night by a large banging noise and the hallways wreaked of (I believe) marijuana smoke. At first these people were surfacely friendly and then so rude I can't explain. I feel intimidated, hurt and least of all treated with the worst kind of customer service. Cheap stay, don't risk staying here. By the way, watch out for the young, female cleaner with the nose ring, she's NOT nice, to say the least. They would rather see their staff "defended" for not doing their JOB, then to correct them gently and to see change.

Cheap isn't good and good isn't cheap. Floor was damp the whole time, which was bad enough. Bed was comfortable enough, but ended up with bites all over me. On arriving home, we discovered that we had bought bed bugs home with us from the motel. Never before have I had them, and it has cost us almost $1,000 to treat them, they were everywhere. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dirty room

I booked my son and partner in for one night while travelling through. They face timed me to show me the state of the room upon arrival, food stuck on the benches and walls filthy dirty. Then the banging from the nearby rooms. I told them to move motels but no refund as it was a non refundable room. I realise you get what you pay for but you do expect it to be clean at least.

our room given the keys for had not been cleaned crap and food everywhere. next room only set for 2 people we booked for 3. spoke to administrative team in regards to the noise from rooms next yelling jumping off beds till 2am 1st night.. said they would look into it. 2nd night 3am I am knocking on door to tell them to keep it down trying to sleep. no consideration for anyone.. and management were not fazed by our concerns. we left to go to another hotel that respects all people staying in a facility..
