Body Odour hallway and reception smell absolutely disgusting

I have never smelt a hallway and a reception so bad in my life. Pure stench of Body Odour. They either need to get cleaners in or people will get sick from that smell. Room was okay considering it was cheap but the toilet and shower size was terrible. I could hardly sit straight on the toilet.

HI SamgJ2244KO, Thank you for taking time to write a review. Sorry about the body Odour in the corridor. We do have airfreshers at the corridor and at the reception area as well. Not sure what happened on the day you checked in. The size or the design of our bathroom is the standard of Ibis Budget Hotels. For your next visit you might need to book Ibis Red or Mercure to get a bigger bathroom. The price will be much higher than us. Have a great week ahead. Forrest Pang General Manager

Sulav is an amazing staff member, he is fair, efficient, polite, good people skills, friendly, approachable and good at his job! He was very helpful when we approached reception. Thankyou! The beds are very comfy, showers lovely and warm, location is good there is a burger place walking distance. Really great stay we will return Thankyou

We spent one night here as we had a function to attend in Wentworthville. Despite, some of the negative comments, we found the hotel room to be clean, bed was comfortable, staff very nice and helpful and the continental breakfast plentiful. As the name suggests, it is a budget hotel and it lived up to its expectations in a very positive way.
