Stayed here neutral times. Always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. Only complaint is costs of a weekend but that is the norm for most hotels

Perfect motel but this time we got room 414 which is the last room at end so air conditioning very noisy. Small price to pay for a perfect location and amenities

Whilst I generally do not do reviews, service on this occasion was way lacking. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, disappointed with no welcome amenity nor even an offer of bottled water as a guest. Whilst the dining service was attentive, food was also very disappointing with both eye fillet overcooked as tough as and the teriyaki chicken was dry as with sauce so thick could not eat. Feedback provided to chef.

Had a wonderful stay rooms were huge, added bonus spa bath. Huge fridge/freezer amazing views and lovely front desk staff.

Good value for the deluxe apartment at $220 on a week night. Lovely views from the 9th floor. Comfortable bed and sheets, electric curtains and functional kitchen. Slight mishap with room service which was rectified. Room lacked attention to detail with cleaning and needs some cosmetic attention. Breakfast was overcooked and poor however can’t complain for the room rate.
