Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.

We had a beautiful room with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely patio. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Diego who asked how everything was going whenever he saw us. The bed was comfortable, which wasn’t true in the previous places we stayed in Europe. The shower, sinks, and lighting worked well and there was plenty of space to completely unpack. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Menton.

How did this hotel get to be an Ibis Styles?

So I was prepared for a wonderful experience here after I read some of the reviews but it is a standard Ibis Hotel. I don't know how it got to be "Ibis Styles ", no special features. A typical standard, Ibis room but with a balcony. Breakfast was okay. Don't know where the friendly staff had gone maybe it was end of the season. The location is very good but that's the only thing about it.

Terrific hotel close to everything in Menton. Usual high standard of room, very comfy bed, and a great breakfast to set you up for the day. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Significant price increase of 3 star hotel which now charges more than 4 stars in French Rivera

Ibis Styles in a 3 star hotel in a seaside town which allowed prices to increase significantly over the last 3 years. We ended up paying 350 Euros per night for a simple suite with low quality polyester bedding, TVs of a size of large computer screen and terrible soaps which will seriously dry out your skin. We absolutely love the team there, especially Cristiano whose outstanding customer service and caring attitude is unmatched. That kept us coming back. But we paid 100 Euros less for a four star suites in Cannes and Nice with quality bedding and complimentary minibar replenished daily. Here we just got one large bottle of water on a first day… As much as I loved coming there over the years I can no longer justify the pricing vs other Accor properties in the places which have much more to offer and provide higher standards yet charging 1/3 less. I encourage the management to rethink the pricing or significantly raise the standards in the property to provide value for money. I don’t mind paying but i need to know what I am paying for. The quality of accomodation vs location vs what higher category Accor properties are charging in August does not make any sense.

Reviewed 2 days ago Good hotel, clean, nice breakfast, central, friendly staff. We were two Son and father and booked two superior rooms of good size, spacious bathroom, good A/C. We had one day a small medical issue not related to the hotel and the hotel staff directed us to a nearby evening clinic for peace of mind where we received complete reassurance. Thank
