boşuna geçen takribi yarım gün için verilen promosyonlar: 1.saat 14.00 olarak geç çıkış. Ben normal çıkış 11.50 de çıktım! 2. 400 Euro depozito istediler. Dolayısıyla az limitli kartımı verdim. Ancak onlar bana belirtmeden dört günlük otel masrafını da koymuşlar. Dolayısıyla hesap1200 Euro++ oldu. Benim burada limitim yok, size başka bir kredi kartı vereyim deyince sonra, benim şikayet dilekçemde Sanki bana promosyon veriyor gibi yaptılar!!! halbuki ben onlara iyilik yaptım.O Kartta limit kalmadığı için benden ödeme alabilmek için uğraşacaklardı! Ben 2014’ten beri al Accor üyesi iken, Al Accor Merkezi de Hayır yanlışınız var dediler! Devamlı aklımla oynadılar!!! bu şekilde 1,5 saat Kafamı Yordular! 2014’te Sofitel Oteli’nde kaldığımı Defalarca söyledim! nihayet Neticede doğruyu bulmak zorunda kaldılar ve 2014’ten beri olan Üyeliğimi teyit ettiler! 3.Ayrıca verdikleri diğer promosyon da bir konuda gene hileliydi!!! 1000 puan verdiler! Ancak bu 1000’in puanı 2025 yılı sonuna kadar kullanmam gerekiyormuş! 14 Aralık’ta Monte Carlo’daki Novotelden ayrıldım! Kullanmak için Zaman YOKKK!!! çünkü 2025 yılı sonuna kadar yalnız 15 gün kaldı!!! Bütün bunları gazetemde de yazmayı düşünüyorum! İnşallah bu olumsuz yazılarımdan sonra, En az yarım günlük bir ücret iadesi gibi bir promosyon yaparlar da Al Accor hk Düşüncelerim iyiye doğru gelişir…

Great base for exploring Monaco

We stayed at Novotel Monte Carlo for three nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff and checked in quickly, which set the tone for a great stay. One of the highlights was the location. Since we traveled to Monaco by train, it was incredibly convenient that the station was just a short walk away, making it easy to manage our luggage. The hotel also felt very central, with everywhere we wanted to visit within walking distance, including the Casino and the Prince’s Palace. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing and poor customer service

I had a very poor experience at this hotel -very disappointing and for the significant cost it offered very poor value for money. The duvet had a huge stain on it and the lampshade was broken .My bottle opener went missing after my room was cleaned and when I asked the barman for a replacement he refused.Most importantly the hotel hairdryer gave me an electric shock which made my fingers numb for a day afterwards.It tripped all the electricity to our room and other rooms along the same corridor .When I reported this to reception they said they’d send someone up to fix the electrical problem which they did , but despite me making it very clear that I’d been injured the reception staff were just dismissive and didn’t even offer an apology .There was no follow up to check that I was ok. I was told I’d be given a replacement hairdryer but wasn’t.The swimming pool was full of leaves and unusable and the roof terrace was closed off .The television in the room was placed in an inappropriate position .All in all a terrible experience.

Stayed one night recently. Worked really well for us as it’s so near the station. Really nice welcome from the staff, with an upgraded room and a very early check in. Extremely grateful as we had arrived on an early flight. Welcome drink in the bar was also good. Very reasonable stay for Monte Carlo.

The Novotel Hotel Monte Carlo was one of the very best hotel experiences we've ever had! We were there from October 30th to November 4th, and everything was simply amazing. My wife and I were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary, and I'm extremely grateful that we were at the Novotel Hotel. The staff, beginning with Isabel, Roberto, and Sofie, were all professional, knowledgeable, and very kind people. Isabel helped us with directions to various places of entertainment, Churches, Restaurants, and even gave my wife a recommendation for where to get her nails done. Sofie and Roberto were also very helpful and we have deep appreciation for them all. Sincerely, Wayne and Connie Cooper
