Extremely disappointed Stay

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked for 3 adults and on check in was advised that there is two double beds and one sofa bed. There was no sofa bed in the room, then they said we will get rollover bed, that did not come. It was then around 2am, one guest had to sleep on the floor. In the morning when we went to bath, the water poured from the bathroom right across the room, there was an issue with the shower screen. Unbelievable experience! I told the front counter numerous times. Please refund all my money.

We are very sorry to hear you did not experience your stay more positively. The booking confirmation you received described the room with two queen beds, unfortunately none of our rooms feature sofas nor do we offer roll away beds.
