While the hotel location was perfect for what we went for, I can not speak for the food and beverage staff. We were told that buffet was till 10pm and when we came down about 8.30pm or so was told it was closed. We were happy with ordering of the menu but was then advised we could still have the buffet which we did but could tell staff was not happy at all.Breakfast the next day was worse.Everything empty. There were no eggs,bacon or sausages. I had to ask for it to be refilled only to hear the staff speaking in hindi about us and other guests without them realizing my husband understood hindi. Then we tried to make coffee. First the machine said it needed water. Once water was filled it said it needed to be cleaned. My husband spoke to one of the Managers who was very kind and apologetic for what we had been through.While the room was excellent,service fell far from it.
