We are truly sorry to hear that your experience was so disappointing and fell short of your expectations, especially at the price point you paid. While we're glad you appreciated our location and the cleanliness of our rooms, we understand your frustration with the additional charges for cleaning and towels. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the cold floors, lack of slippers, and the breakfast experience. We understand that these factors contributed to your discomfort and detracted from your overall stay.
