好立地でホテルは綺麗。しかしスタッフのホスピタリティは良くない。アジア人を差別してる感じがある。

Characterful hotel in a prime position. Next to l’Opera and Galleries Lafayette, so an excellent cultural and shopping locale! 15 minutes walk to the Louvre, 25 to the Musse De Quai D’Orsay. Very comfortable and quiet. Our travel companions were upgraded to a suite which was delightful.

This hotel is so convenient for sightseeing and with the breakfast in the hotel you can really load up for the day ahead. If you are going for business there are no desks in the room so makes it tricky S to Rooms can be tight and no where to sit on your laptop. Staff are helpful and w head to wait for our room on arrival but it all worked out. Beds are super comfortable.

Upon arrival the welcome was like arriving to a Kingdom. From the doorman to the concierge there was always a smile.
