I was very impressed that the person in charge of breakfast spoke Japanese and he was very kind. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again. The location of the hotel was great, convenient for both eating and shopping. The food was also delicious.

Highly recommendable.

This could be considered one of the best five stars hotels I ever been, from the warm staff in the reception and concierge, to all the installations and services in general, I really don't have any major complaint at all and recommend it completly.

The best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had! Our Guest Relation Manager Jeanne Jourdain made our 42nd anniversary magical and stress free. She had inquired to me privately a month before our arrival about my wife’s French Grandparents birthplaces in France and anything interesting about them. I replied to her with the towns in France they were from and what little information I could obtain . Upon our arrival at this exquisite property, she sat us down in the beautiful lobby on our first day in Paris ( and France for that matter) , brought us a cocktail , and then presented my wife with a personalized booklet that Jeanne and a friend she had at an official French records office had put together which meticulously contained old passport photos , family lineage info and other amazing info related to her Grandparents. Then she gave my wife various bottles of Chartreuse liquors which are bottled near Grenoble France where my wife’s grandmother was born. Needless to say my wife was surprised and stunned by all of this and was brought to tears of joy. I’ll never forget looking at Jeanne at this moment , who also had tears running down her face seeing how her kindness had deeply affected my wife.( I shed a few as well at that point .. hah) That kicked off our incredible 4 day stay in Paris , all based from this magnificent hotel . We arrived to our room to chilled champagne , chocolates and classic double French door windows opened to the beautiful sites and sounds of the Opera district which we fell in love with. World class service , beautiful suite, travel assistance ,food , drink and genuine kindness at a classic and historical establishment that we will definitely return to. Merci Beaucoup Jeanne ! You made our trip one we will cherish forever.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with extremely courteous staff. We were looked after so well. The room had every facility we required. Location was fabulous with excellent shopping amenities. Would recommend and definitely stay again when visiting Paris.

Beds are comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Attentive staff. I wish Christof could greet me every morning. Concierge team helped me arrange a visit to wwi cemetery. Front desk helped us navigate heightened security because of a state visit. It was a great visit.
