レセプション、朝食レストランはとても良い接客態度。朝食はスタッフの接客態度はよかったのですが、何を食べてもあまり美味しくなかったので一度しか行かなかった。せっかくのパリのホテルなので美味しいパンペルデュが食べたかった。予約時にお部屋のことでリクエストしていたことに完璧に対応してくれていたのはありがたかった。ハウスキーピングの担当者（12月31日の夜のターンダウン時の黒人の女性）はとても態度が悪い。不愉快極まりなかった。原因はレセプションとの連携ができていなかったことと教育が足りていない。改善を求めたい。某パラスホテルはハウスキーピングも素晴らしい対応をします。

滞在中は終始快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方々の接客はとても丁寧で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで気持ちよく対応していただきました。客室は清潔感があり、設備も充実していて、不便を感じることはありませんでした。立地も良く観光や食事に便利な場所で、移動もしやすかったです。また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思えるホテルです。
