Really good hotel. The rooms are spacious and with attractive design. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and provides a high quality service. The tramway station is exactly in front of the hotel. The trams N18 and N12 go directly to the city enter and the N18 goes directly to the central station of Genève. The trip takes about 20 min.

I was travelling for business but my husband and I stayed for a few extra days in Geneva. The Ibis was booked by the University and I was delighted to have all the amenities I needed. The hotel was clean, the food good, and the service superior. I want to especially thank Noemi, who welcomed us at reception and made our stay seamless. She went the extra mile helping us with trams, and seeing the highlights of Geneva. I travel a great deal and it makes a difference to have someone like Noemi be warm and efficient. I would stay at an Ibis again!

Even if the hotel is a little bit away from city center, it doesn't matter because the tram stop is in front of the hotel. The journey to the center takes less than 20 minutes. Everything from check-in until check-out met my expectations. The room is spacey enough, high-speed internet allows you to be in touch with your near and dear. To start the day with tasty breakfast is important to me and I cannot complain about the choices. I just missed green tea. On the other hand fresh orange juice made me happy. Definitely recommend to everyone who does not want to pay too much and is willing to spend those >20 minutes to get to the center.

Fantastic hotel: friendly staff, brilliantly comfortable and clean room with a lovely view over Carouge and the mountains, tasty breakfast and convenient location against transport hubs of Geneve. Would consider staying here again!

The good: Modern rooms, large bathrooms, nice reception staff and with a few restaurants in the vicinity. The bad: Rooms are too hot and you cannot adjust the temperature (staff are apologetic but admit they can't help). The ugly: Got stuck in the lift and no one answers the alarm, not so great when you are in the way to the airport.

It is a pleasure to read your satisfaction, we hope you will have the opportunity to come back to see us soon. He never hesitates to contact the reception if you are faced with a problem, such as heating, we could have provided you with a solution. For the elevator I don't know what happened alarms are available in all our elevators. There are two customer elevators that work with your room keys and then a staff elevator that is well signposted and cannot actually work with your room cards. We send you our apologies for the inconvenience you have had. See you soon we hope. Have a nice week end.
