We had a fabulous stay at Sofitel Harbin, thanks to the great hospitality by Andy and his team! We got upgraded to the suite and it was comfort at its best. Loved the bed especially. Food was also great. Location was excellent, conveniently located next to Wanda plaza and nearby eateries. Short drive away to tourist hotspots. Two nights here was too short and we’d loved to stay for longer. Thank you again for a memorable stay at Sofitel Harbin 🥰 It’s highly recommended to all visitors!

The hotel feels very luxurious and I had a wonderful suite in one of the top floors. The location is very convenient and there is a large shopping center in the next building. The duty manager Bella was particularly outstanding. She contacted me ahead of the stay for any special requests, and then she personally welcomed me as I was arriving late to make sure that I still get some food and drink. The Club Sofitel was also excellent. I very gladly come again to this wonderful place.

We checked in on the last day of 2024—and what a wonderful way to end the year. Sofitel Harbin impressed us with its refined elegance, spacious rooms, and luxurious bathtubs. The Lanvin amenities were a particularly delightful touch, adding a sense of indulgence to our stay. While the hotel’s location may not be the most central in the city, the experience more than made up for it. On New Year’s Day, we were treated to a gentle snowfall, and the hotel went the extra mile by offering snow tubes and other equipment for guests to enjoy—completely free of charge. Just outside the hotel is a small garden area where we had great fun playing in the snow. It was a magical and memorable way to welcome the new year. A heartfelt thank you to our customer service manager, 小于, whose attentiveness and thoughtful care truly elevated our stay. We look forward to returning.

Before check-in, I sent an email hoping to upgrade the suite. After arriving at the store, a lady at the front desk lied that she could not be upgraded. The reason was that there was no room in the peak season, but it was shown on the Internet that there was a room for sale. After being dismantled, she was a little angry. She yelled at the male front desk who checked me in for me and looked at the replyer of my email and asked him to find the person to "come and say it herself". In the meantime, she answered the phone. She still had no polite words. Her voice was very loud. She looked like she was still a leader, but her quality was worrying. The male front desk was very polite throughout the whole process. After coming back, he successfully processed the upgrade for me.

Hotel com pessoal simpático e disponível. Muitos deles falam inglês. Quartos confortáveis e cuidados. O detalhe de abrirem a cama e colocarem o lenço para pousar os pés antes de entrar na cama é TOP. Pequeno almoço espetacular na diversidade. Japonês, chinês, europeu, intercontinental, fica a faltar o detalhe. O hotel tem apostado em profissionais europeus para incrementar a qualidade.
