ROOM 1506 - Dec 2025 We asked for room with a view of the eiffel tower as it was my daughters 13th Birthday celebrations, this was not granted. We did not let that dampen our spirits but it was a shame.The hotel is set in a good location. However very quickly we realised more and more disappointing elements. 1. No temp control/broken aircon- we are unable to heat/cool the room to make meet our individual needs. 2. Our toilet was constantly having issues it was blocked from the minute we arrived. We had to call the plumber out 3 times. If the concern happened overnight the RUDE night receptionist was very unhelpful and basically said there was nothing she can do, her tone and attitude was unacceptable - she was too busy flirting/laughing with her co worker then resolving guest issues and being professional. We now had a toilet backing up, flooding as the toilet flush could easily accidentally stay on unless we cleverly realised how to manage it, and sewage rancid smell all over the night. We were forced to use the reception toilets. I usually need to use the bathroom over night. I was forced to go at 1AM and again at 8AM - when we had a rest day so had to wake up early. After the lovely plumber ( to whom at this point we felt so embarassed but it was not our fault) unblocks the toilet for third time we did not even have a cleaner to make the place approachable again. We asked reception to send a cleaner to clear up after the mess. This ruined our overall experience and to be honest were left scared to use the toilet. 4. We left our personal belonging jumpers and rucksack resting on the floor in the bedroom up against what would be the bathroom. One morning we woke up to the whole rucksack and jumper wet. At first we thought did we spill something? But we had nothing to spill. We then realised damp is coming from the bathroom wall. So there is obviously a leak in the bathtub/shower area. We could see this is ongoing concern due to bubbles on the wall. 5. Breakfast. Lack of choice of warm food for vegeterians and it is choatic. They need a larger area to seat the demand. Its actually makes you feel uncomfortable to enjoy your breakfast when you have eyes of people waiting to have your seat looking at you. 6. Luckily the elevator waits was not too problematic but we needed wait over 12mins one day which is a bit excessive. We regret to say this hotel is average, and our experiences lead us to say we would not stay here again.

Ideally situated for few days stay near Eiffel Tower

My daughter and I stayed here for a girlie few days and loved it. The apartment offered everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially on our last day when we needed a slightly later check out-thanks especially to Hichem and Auniane.

Spend your holiday waiting for the elevator

The location of the hotel is acceptable, but the elevator situation was not. With only two elevators serving a 31-storey tower, half the time one was out of order, leading to long waits. Staying on the 29th floor for 11 days meant endless waits and delays, as the lone elevator had to stop frequently and often became overcrowded, making access frustrating and time-consuming.

NOT AT ALL central!! It is a lie! This ‘Taudis’ is in the 15ème arrondissement and is far from everything! The concierge/front desk was rude AF when we arrived. One of their lift going to the right wing was out of service the whole time we were there with the hotel not being able to indicate when it will be operational again. The queue to get a lift to our required floor on the right wing was atrocious! The room itself was average for the price we paid! Mould in the bathroom, no antislip mat in the impossibly deep tub for a shower and broken reading lamps! Overall as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children, I would not recommend Adagio. Novotel is just next door, please do yourself a favour and book them for the same price!

Hotel was poorly maintained. We did not get the room we paid for and when I tried to have it rectified, the front desk manager was very rude and shouted at me. He was a very angry and rude person. I was in disbelief. I cannot believe that he spoke to me that way. TV did not work, neither did phone to call reception to ask about tv. We went to reception 4 times over 2 days to complain about wifi and tv and finally they said the whole floor was broken and nothing they could do. Very hot room no air circulation at all, sweated and felt claustrophobic, uncomfortable in the room. One elevator for 31 floors, elevator felt rickety and would get jam packed with people, often had to wait 20 minutes or more just to get an elevator. No shampoos or toiletries in washroom. One roll of toilet paper for family of 4 for 4 day stay. We asked for more but we ended up having to take toilet paper from hotel lobby washroom. Tiles in washroom were broken, could see electronic panelling and plumbing thru the broken wall pieces. View of Eiffel Tower greatly exaggerated, as a huge decrepit tower was blocking most of tower. The rest of the view from the rooms was graffitied buildings and poverty. It was not a pretty view at all. I do not recommend.
