Great hotel, safe & centrally located!

Great hotel, centrally located, clean and amazing Eiffel Tower view! Very safe and well priced! We stayed 10 days and it was a great stay, only complaint was AC was not the best. Special thanks to Lykoun (hotel concierge/reception lady) super personable, informative and helpful in booking us a private driver along with other excursions! Lykoun went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay in Paris!! We will definitely be back to Paris and stay here!

Lovely hotel, very close to the Eiffel Tower. Room was very comfortable with a double bedroom and pull out sofa bed which was comfortable too. The view from our room was beautiful. Would definitely come back.

I had to repeatedly ask to get my apartment cleaned (which is supposed to be once a week), they have never got it done in 10 days. Every time they would assure me the next day the room would be clean, it never happened. Rude or unprepared staff at the reception, laundry not working. Not worth your money at all

Did not start well, dismissive reception staff but we shrugged this off. The A/C in the room did not work so we approached reception multiple times the reception gave us a diagram of the fuse system in our room and how to reset it. We did this at least 40 times I am not sure about you but I am not a qualified electrician so I felt a little uneasy doing this. The website mentioned a pool and gym both of which were closed. The laundromat was diabolical the drying machines went straight to "cooling cycle" and the money machine did not give coin refunds for my Euro notes. I lost about 25 Euros and all I had to show for it was damp clothes. We had free breakfast Day 1 but Day 2 we were randomly told we had to pay????. Asking for assistance at reception was like asking them to end me money. We were even told it was best all round if we phone the taxi service ourselves instead of them. The ironic part came at checkout when the receptionist grabbed my phone and called up TripAdvisor to give a positive review on the rspot. Be warned stay away.

Great view, low services/amenities

First off, the extra $ for the view was worth it, and I'm glad we had it for our 3 nights in Paris. The room was clean and it suited our family of 4 quite well. That being said, the hotel seemed very poorly managed and we did have several issues: 1) We required a plunger on our 2nd day and the hotel couldn't provide us with one, nor could they send anyone to help at ALL. Instead they gave us a key to another room on another floor and for our last 24 hours we had to go to another floor to use the washroom. 2) We also chose this hotel since it had laundry facilities. Turns out they were out of order with no advanced warning so we needed to find an alternative. Thankfully we found a place on the corner and the owner (Ismail) did our laundry for us, but it cost us 40 Euro. 3) The main bedroom mattress was also very uncomfortable, but I wasn't expecting much else. 4) And on our last day, we wanted to leave our bags which they have a locker room for, and the machine took our money and opened a locker with bags in it already. It was a ridiculous end to our stay, but by that point wasn't surprising. The front desk clerk did hold our 4 bags for us in their office for a few hours, which we appreciated. 5) And this is probably not the hotel's responsibility, but the alley that the entrance was in was filthy. Piles of garbage on the sidewalk and gave us a very poor feeling of entering the hotel. Overall, you're paying for the view and I'd recommend going in with low expectations on everything else. And I would stay there again... maybe... but I'd look elsewhere first.

Regarding the garbage in the alley, this is part of the public streets and we have discussed this with the council and hope to have it addressed soon.
