We are delighted that you enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower during your stay, which is one of the highlights of our aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the restroom and parking garage code. Our aim is to provide seamless and comfortable experiences for our guests, and it seems we fell short in these areas during your visit. Furthermore, we are deeply sorry to learn about the unsatisfactory interaction you had with our reception staff. This is not indicative of the high level of service we endeavour to provide. We understand how crucial effective communication is, especially regarding essential facilities like parking.
