Great view of Eiffel Tower!

Great hotel with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. I had flown in that morning and was incredibly jet lagged. My room was not ready yet but the staff kindly let me change. After a recommendation around 11 for lunch I was told my room was almost ready but the one I wanted would take some tlme as that was on a higher floor. I told them no problem would go for lunch and they recommended the place (that will be my next review). Upon returning my room was available and I was very happy with the view. I was only there for one night but I had a restful night sleep and the staff were very kind.

Reception check in was very unprofessional, not at all friendly, specially one with a pony tail hair style, room service no one answers the phone and even the reception phone keeps ringing, staff needs more training about client relation.

We spent a weekend in Paris. The hotel is in a perfect location to the Eiffel tower, you can even see the tip of the tower from the highest levels. It’s also close to the Bir-Hakeim metro station and Seine River. The rooms are small, but this is a standard in Paris. Very comfy bed, small cruise ship like bathroom but perfectly usable. The room had fridge, coffee machine, safe, TV, hairdryer, bathrobes, just what you would expect in this type of hotel. We also had an optional breakfast, which was basic but very tasty. Look for a freshly baked croissant. We recommend this hotel as a perfect gateway to see Paris.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had enough space for our stuff. The standard room was big enough for a bed and a couch. The Hotel employees were very friendly and the luggage man was very kind to us. Metro just about 5minutes and of course the Eiffel Tower just around the corner

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure hotel. On Arrival the staff was very nice and helpful. When we got to our room it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and even the meals in the bar was very good. My wife enjoyed the Spring Salad with Grilled vegetables. Even the cleaning staff was very nice and polite. We would definitely stay there again. Just be aware of the taxi drivers outside the hotel they over charging.
