Het was een prima locatie en een schoon en goed uitgerust appartementje, maar volgens de site zou er airconditioning zijn en die was er ook, maar... die deed het niet! Er was een ventilator neergezet en dat was dan dat. Het was bloedheet en als wij hadden geweten dat de airconditioning niet werkte hadden we waarschijnlijk gekozen voor een andere plek.

Having stayed at this property the previous month, we were looking forward to our return. We had requested a room at the rear of the property for this visit which was duly allocated. Unfortunately there was no kettle which was rectified within the day, additionally the toilet also sprung a leak. Again this issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The patio of the apartment was unfortunately very untidy. Although we encountered a few problems, we had an enjoyable stay and cannot sing the praises of the staff - Friendly, helpful and very apologetic for our problems. Additionally, we emailed to raise awareness of the problems mentioned, within days we had a call from the manager who was sympathetic, apologetic and understanding. We would highly recommend this property, we will return Many thanks.

La Defense is een leuke plek in Parijs. Zeker op weekdagen. Ook goed openbaar vervoer. Appartement is schoon. Receptie spreekt Engels. Al met al een goede prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding.

I checked-in mid-May of 2019 and stayed for two months. The first thing I noticed was the hallway and my room smelled strong of Indian food. Then I noticed that the sheets on the bed were torn up on the edges, and the toilet room (which is separate from the bath room, smelled terrible). I asked if I could move to another room but they said no. I didn't complain again until a while later when the toilet was making loud noises and waking me up at night. I called the front desk who informed the plumber. The next day I went out for a few hours and left my money on my desk. When I returned I immediately noticed my money was gone since they had also stolen an unopened expensive bottle of cologne (perfume). I also noticed that the noise of the toilet running had been fixed. The front desk first told me that nobody had been into my room during that time. Later, they changed their story to say that the plumber had been in my room in that time and said he was trustworthy and introduced me to him awkwardly. The manager told me I needed to file a police report & then their insurance would reimburse me. Unfortunately, their insurance doesn't cover anything stolen.
