You’re absolutely right: our hotel is located in the La Défense business district, just outside central Paris. While it’s not within walking distance to most landmarks, public transport gets you to the city center in about 10 minutes, making it both convenient and peaceful. It is of course our responsibility to ensure that all charges are correct, and if a billing error occurred, we fully acknowledge that it is our fault. We are truly sorry if this was not properly addressed at the time and assure you that such situations do not reflect our usual standards of service. Regarding your suite, we have taken good note of your comments and will ask our maintenance team to inspect and adjust the bathroom doors to ensure they function properly. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the toiletries. Unlike the minibar items and the tea/coffee facilities, which are replenished daily, the toiletries are not automatically restocked unless specifically requested.
