The Adagio is a little gem! On an out of the way little street (so cute), but next to a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, Starbucks, Metro Station, and in walking distance to the concert venue that was the reason for our trip. Large room and all newly renovated. Asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn't have one... that was a bummer, but I'm a Vermonter so I know how to handle the cold. The little heater in the room wasn't working. Directions for how to use appliances was great since it was all in Celsius. Super quiet and safe area... we went in February so it's definitely a slow time. Front desk woman was incredibly kind and welcomed me by name after check-in when she would see me heading out. Pastries upon arrival was a cute touch. Price couldn't be beat. Small issue with room setup as you had the option to have a double or two twins... tried to contact hotel directly and it was very difficult through such a large company with so many hotels to get to the actual front desk (tried avoiding an international phone call charge). This is a very sweet hotel that I would recommend for any type of travel and my family travels at least four times a year.

Nice many thanks specially Jocelyn reception and breakfast Patricia, and the staff for cleaning and Muriel.. Had a good experience over all. Nice place to stay. Recommend you to visit once and have a good and pleasant stay..they recent renovated with good breakfast area...

Bad hotel

For 220 euros, it was not a good hotel. Someone entered my room at 11pm. Maybe other guests given the wrong room number and key. I paid extra for breakfast. I was told to bring a tray from the room. I was made to wait along with 6 other people in front of reception with the tray so they would give us what we ordered the previous night. I just left with no breakfast. For that price, even in Paris, I don’t want to feel like I’m in a college cafeteria.

We travelled as a family of 4, with two young kids. We arrived quite late at night but there were no issues with accessing the apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk with suitcases etc from the train/Metro station and the escalators weren't working so getting the suitcases down the escalators required a little effort. Once in the apartment we found it clean and tidy. The kitchenette is just that! There is no oven or toaster just a hob and an all singing and dancing microwave but we managed to cook our meals well enough. The kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher was a big bonus. It was quite hot in Paris for our trip and the lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep the fan on whilst in the apartment to stay at comfortable temperature and to allow the children to get to sleep. The pull out bed in the lounge, under the sofa had slats missing so you had to be careful where you put pressure on it. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful when needed, especially the young man on our arrival who gave us some bottles of refrigerated juice. The location of the apartment was ideal with a comfortable walk to public transport to go sightseeing. Overall it met our needs and we were generally happy with it.

Damaged furniture, very old fashioned studio with obsolete equipment, I would never call it 4-star hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and my price was 250€/night - crazy price for such place, moreover the room was not cleaned during the day. I wanted to take smashed eggs for a breakfast (breakfast offer is very poor anyway) but when I saw what was prepared I was not brave enough to put it on my plate. The price for such room/services should be below 100€/night. Sorry to say it, but I hope I will never go back there for a stay.
