A functional and well-equipped hotel that provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly, professional, generous and attentif staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent value for money is a real plus.i recommend.

average mercure hotel, nothing special rooms: size was enough, clean and comfy. breakfast: good variety and tasty as well. can be very crowded early in the morning with long queues. building: Well maintained and clean, with a spacious lobby. overall a good stay. cant say much because i Was only there for 1 night and didnt do much at the hotel.

Standard Mercure - you know what you are paying for. On the positive side - good breakfast, stable WiFi. The location is OK-ish - not much things around, you need a bus to get to La Defense, the bus stop is just across the road and it runs every 10-15 minutes. But the service is way under the expectations. We had an issue with our reservations and I'm confident that in any other hotel it would be resolved in 2 min and with a smile. Here we had to spend lots of time and negative energy to get things finally sorted.

Nice hotel with bad service. I am really shocked about the arrogant service I did recieve at this hotel. If You need a quilt # 2 (in order get 2 seperate quilts) I was tolded to rent a additional room to get 2 quilts. Madness. Will not stay there again. PS. The staff at the top-bar at 12th floor is wondefull!

Definitely not 4-stars - room 's AC was not working and in September- it was uncomfortably warm ; my room was definitely tight with 2 single beds, that were placed an inch apart . Lacking basic bath amenities ( shampoo,conditioner) shower gel almost empty, and sink soap dispenser was totally empty . good thing i travel with my own supplies. Elevator takes forever . Only 1 out of the 4 front desk staff was nice, the rest just ignored me as I stood in line to check in. Not my hotel choice - tour operator booked this probably because it's cheap.
