Dear Mrs. A., We would like to thank you for taking the time to reply to our satisfaction questionnaire and are delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay in general and the quality of service provided by our teams in particular! On the subject of help with luggage, most 4-star hotels in France do not have a specific luggage storage service and we are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. On the other hand, the water from the taps in the bathrooms is perfectly safe to drink, although if you wanted quality mineral water, there was a free bottle of water in the minibar in your room. In addition, we have free water dispensers (still and sparkling) in the hotel lobby and on the 5th floor. We had the air conditioning in your room checked and it seemed to be working fine. We apologise if the temperature was not to your liking. Indeed, during this period of the Olympic Games prices are higher than usual...
