Unusual Hotel experience

The location is far away from everywhere, in the beginning the reception said you have breakfast, but at the checkout they charge me for the breakfast. Room accessories issue like, there was no room flipper or washroom flippers, water bottle, coffee in the room.

We are sorry to read that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and we appreciate you bringing these points to our attention. Our hotel is located in the heart of Courbevoie, as indicated on our website, which provides easy access to the surrounding area and to La Défense. Regarding the breakfast, we apologise for the confusion at check-out. If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please feel free to contact us at leonore.wolff@accor.com and we will be happy to review it and make any necessary corrections. Concerning the missing items in your room, all our rooms are equipped with a kettle and coffee sachets, as well as bath towels. If something is missing during a stay, we kindly invite our guests to inform the reception immediately so we can provide the necessary items without delay. Since you have already departed, please let us know any further details and we will investigate what happened. Regarding bottled water, we have removed single-use plastic bottles as part of our environmental commitments. Water fountains are available in the hotel for guests to refill bottles freely during their stay. Reception is very inefficient letting people wait although enough receptionists are there. Rooms are ok but showing their age.

Our reception team is sometimes required to be very versatile, handling several requests at the same time (including phone calls or internal guest requests) even when they might not appear to be directly assisting someone at the counter. However, depending on the level of activity, this can occasionally lead to some waiting time, and we are truly sorry if this was the case during your visit. Terrible! The receptions employs are the worst around the world This people did anything to help the costumers even through there is a law that hold the necessity of offering a receipt, for every service provided. I dont recomend.
