تجربه جيده لكن يعتبر غالي مقارنه مع الخدمات ومساحة الغرفه مثلا لايوجد احد يساعد في حمل الحقائب لاتتوفر مياه جيده لشرب في الغرفه لكن الاستقبال جيد ومبتسمين دائما المكان نظيف ومكيف

On the subject of help with luggage, most 4-star hotels in France do not have a specific luggage storage service and we are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. On the other hand, the water from the taps in the bathrooms is perfectly safe to drink, although if you wanted quality mineral water, there was a free bottle of water in the minibar in your room. In addition, we have free water dispensers (still and sparkling) in the hotel lobby and on the 5th floor. Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to reply to our questionnaire and we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. We had the air conditioning in your room checked and it seemed to be working fine. We apologise if the temperature was not to your liking. Indeed, during this period of the Olympic Games prices are higher than usual...
