Large room but very strange and old decoration. Good location. Lots of noise from street every night except Sunday. Boy racers use road as their personal race track. One reception staff member yawned while checking us in. I thought this was unprofessional to say the least. Breakfast poor, only had it once then had breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of our stay.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location. However no smart tv, shower flooded bathroom No matter how we titled it, outdated rooms.....but overall very convenient . Nice rooftop pool but not heated that we could tell ...refurbished lobby.

Very very noisy from a nightclub across the road. Don’t stay here is you want to sleep. This is obviously outside the control of the hotel, but room shaking base late into the night is a serious problem. The room is nice enough. The restaurant food was a bit ordinary.

My room was quiet and ok. No bath. I have no complaints, except that the bathroom lighting was poor. Specifically, there was no lighting for the mirror. It's convenient for the Convention centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. It was generally pleasant and unremarkable.

When we checked in we were upgraded to a suite, don’t know why, didn’t ask, just accepted with grace. Suite was great, sofa, large screen TV, large sitting/living area, food fridge & wine fridge, 4 pan hot plate hob, microwave and dishwasher. Sleeping area, king size bed, also with TV and large wet room, bed too soft for our liking. Suite was 1st floor, but no street noise, which was a surprise as there were hoards of partying students going past the hotel as we were in the restaurant on our final night, but no noise in the room. Reception staff, helpful, bar staff generally pleasant, restaurant staff, hit and miss. Has washing and drying facilities, washing machine cost 4A$ & dryer free, free washing powder at reception. Breakfast, fair amount of choice, if some of the grilled(?) food was a little greasy. Selection of fresh & tinned fruit along with yogurts, bread, pastries, and a coffee machine serving a selection of coffees. Tip, if you opt for the 10A$ voucher for not having you room serviced more than once, it only applies for separate bills, so order your drinks at the bar & pay using your voucher, then pay for the meal separately using your voucher. Didn’t use the roof top (didi) pool or bar.
