Le cadre de l’hôtel est agréable, le personnel est très accueillant mais un mariage bruyant et une réquisition de l’hôtel ont gâché nos vacances.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu. Adil l'homme aux clés d'or a été au petit soin pour nous. Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse , la table et les mets sont d'une très grande qualité, frais, variés et toujours très bien présenté (bravo au chef Italien en charge des cuisines) . Une propreté exemplaire, un service au top. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée au restaurant Libanais, ainsi qu'au restaurant Grecque (bravo également aux musiciens et aux chanteuses et danseuses). Enfin un séjour reposant répondant à nos attentes.

God, I don’t know where to start, but one thing is sure definitely: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR An EXELLENT RESORT beautifully decorated and designed, where YOU WILL FIND THE PEACE AND HARMONY THAT YOU CAME TO THE SOFITEL RESORT BAHRAIN YOU WILL FIND IT. The general manager of this superb Resort hard have the talent to build a team of exceptional director and managers which all of them have themselves recruited and trained the most exceptional team members that five star resort and SPA of this level can imagine. I am a difficult client, Because for 25 years of my life, I dedicated my life in the same industry at every single position to the top one of director of general manager of five star property and Palaces where I had to manage to 1200 people. So I know everything about their job, Their struggle, The challenge of training staff member is coming from different countries around the world and welcoming some guests which are often very attentive to details. Personally, I only focus on details because this is where you can tell or not that you are in a luxury resort with the five star service or just a pretend to be one! The excellence that I’ve demonstrated all the team of the Sofitel Bahrain started a week before my arrival via email and WhatsApp messages as on the top of being a guess that was looking for excellence and relaxing a maximum to really put on hold my life and clear my mind, I’m also an invalid person with more than 350 food allergies Due to a very rare genetic syndrome incurable that makes my life a challenge of every day as basically the 12 illness regrouped in this syndrome called EDS DESTROY DAY AFTER DAY ENTIRELY MY BODY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM INSIDE OUT. To the point that Certain days, I wouldn’t be able to leave my bedroom and add to rest all day: And in this, I’ve been granted a wonderful Seaview room which was still allowed me while in bed to feel away on the holidays Almost lost in the desert with the sea at the show of the result that this with the raving view made me feel transport to a bubble out of the time because 24 hour service 7 days a week for anything With a dedicated team at Service to help you is A reality, Creating this sensation of evasion, Plenitude, Peace and Harmony. Of course the result has everything to offer you.a five star resort By the sea can offer with attractions for adults, but I’m so species and attractions for the little one and teenagers Which allowed parents to enjoy their time away on holiday there because their children are Look after and in total safety. Not only The resort has Five restaurant to welcome you: A Greek Mediterranean, which I tried and that was sumptuous where you can see the sunset while sipping your aperitif in a very lounge atmosphere created by the DJ that played their every night, but so she go later in the evening you will be able to enjoy the performance of their live band: I had a Sea Bream Butterfly cooked there and it was cooked to perfection by the Chef!!! The same Chef that actually blown me away by the quality of his dish in room dining where I have been eating twice the most amazing I asparagus King prawns risotto of my entire life and this was a level of a Michelin Star. We met at the Greek restaurants and had a chat and had the chance To Give him my feedback!!! It was sumptuous! Khaled, The food and the fresh director, That took the time to welcome me as also the great luck to have in his team a Michelin Star Level That you could imagine he was a FRENCH MOF. I didn’t stay long enough to try the buffet, the Italian restaurant, or the sushi restaurant, But I had a great luck on my last night to be welcomed by the Chef of the Indian restaurants of the resort where once again the food was exquisite, Everything cooked to perfection and again I have to say that I never had such a good experience Indian Restaurant which make me discovered that there was elaborate and gastronomic dishes where I can still feel the taste in my mouth: The Sauce and marination Of any kind were Simply wonderful and the dishes astonishing: I never imagine I would eat a starter of feta cheese of this level in my life as for my lamb shanks. It was so good that I refrain my self to take another one. The wine menu was diverse and appropriate to every restaurant built To satisfy guests. Well, to finish, I think I would like to thanks very much all the team of housekeeping who took care of my bedroom and my needs in that matter, I would love to thanks MARY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT ALSO WORK AT THE LOUNGE And that is such a ray of lights And an Example of dedication and service in Achieving her duties, her Colleague Mustapha who looked after me and did my check in on the arrival after a rollercoaster journey due to plane delays at 4 am in the morning. I would like to thank you The Room Service Manager and his team had made an exceptional and wonderful job with me as you will have understand that I am a great user of their services: Attention, Prosecco always on ice, Bread specificities respected and dishes warm like you will have them served in the restaurant: THE in room dining experience is a real experience there where a table is set up for you and where you Can require anything from any Menu available in the Hotel. (and I know so well the challenge is facing with this team every day because my first position in this industry was doing the room service manager of the Intercontinental Paris, Le Grand! NOW, I KEPT THE BEST FOR THE END And I would like to personally thanks with all my gratitude and the Highest ESTEEM MY DEDICATED MAN WITH THE GOLD KEYS: My personal Concierge during my entire stay: ADIL… which I won’t be able to forget ever and that I’ve made these dream holidays a fairytale come true!!!! And I have to say that if one day soon I want to escape from my daily Reality, I will go back to the Sofitel Bahrain and enjoy again also the SPA and it’s wonderful indoor pool of seawater And the different treatment they offer there! Voilà !!! And it’s with an heavy heart, as I am not sure that my condition will allow me to go back that once again I want to thank you all for making me my life so special one more time in my life!
