Comme d'habitude, ce fut un plaisir et honneur de séjourner (pour la 2eme fois en famille) Le staff et tout le personnel de l'hôtel aux petits soins pour nous et toujours d'une bienveillance incroyable Seul petit bémol à mentionner: le tourisme "de masse" choisi par l'hotel d'attirer les touristes de l'Europe de l'est. La quiétude telle que nous la connaissons depuis 2004 et son ouverture n'y était plus Salle de petit déjeuner, plage et piscine prises d'assaut et bondées toute la journée Pour la 1ere fois en 20ans, n'ai pu profiter de plage/piscine et me baigner Egalement, les chambres toujours aussi agréables mais odeur de cigarette/tabac présente dans les 2 chambres du séjour précédent Pour terminer: les transferts aeroport-hotel-aeroports qui sont à présents payants D'où une évaluation moins élevée

In reference to your comments about the room, we conducted a room check during your stay and confirmed that there was no bad smell detected. Nonetheless, a room change was offered as a gesture of goodwill, which was declined on your end. Regarding the airport transfer service, we would like to clarify that it is not complimentary. The charges are in place to ensure a high standard of service and seamless arrangements for our valued guests. We greatly value your feedback as it helps us continuously improve our services. Trop bruyant impossible de dormir, musique à fond dans les chambres et dans les bars alentours.
