Room upgraded with single ask. Check in done by Aadhil and Sumana was smooth and great. Welcome snacks in the upgraded room was great in taste. Also, Welcome amenity and lounge access for platinum member level given. Bartender in lounge has taken care the needs well. Breakfast with vast variety and caring services was excellent. Check out by Seethal was smooth and quick..overall it's a short and great stay.
