This is one of the best Novotel I know. They have nice rooms and a very good restaurant. Good architecture. The staff are very kind and helpful. It is conveniently connected to public transport (commuter train to the centre of Munich and airport about 5 minutes of walking and a busstop just in front of the door to the airport. The taxi ride to the airport is not too expensive as the trip is quite short.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Beds were excellent so had a good night's sleep, decent bed and pillows. Staff were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, terrible dining experience.

Our room at the Novotel was very good and the staff we dealt with were excellent. However our dinner experience left a lot to be desired. We had returned our hire car as we were flying out the next day and were effectively captive at the Novotel for dinner. When we made our way down to the resturant area we were told that we had to eat in the bar. The resturant was closed. So we ate our meal at a small table in the bar as many people with grumpy small children checked in just behind us. It was loud, unpleasant and very distracting. We were the lucky ones. Some people had to sit up on bar stools at a bench to eat their meal. However we were all still charged full resturant prices for a bar meal. Not at all what I would have expected from the Novotel.

Stayed here for 1 night with friends on our way from UK to Innsbruck. Lovely hotel recently refurbished. Had a great 24 hour shops very handy. Rooms were clean and had good amenities. Very handy shuttle bus from Munich airport. Would stay again

Great room, shocking welcome. Arriving in the early evening after a busy day, you don’t expect a hostile welcome at reception. The short stay was all good, aside from the very miserable and unfriendly lady at reception. She seemed to have a cold or was extremely over-tired, but her manner was unacceptable.
