Dear Ms. Olawunmi, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay at our hotel. We sincerely apologize for the conditions you encountered in your room and restaurant. The issues you described, including the shower box door, the kettle and the limited fish in the restaurant are far below our standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your experience is not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain and we are taking immediate steps to address these concerns. The department involved has been notified to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future. Also our dinner buffet is 20,000 naira per person and the price was just reviewed, we will investigate if there was a misinformation, we understand how important comfortable environment and great experience is important for our guests and we deeply regret that we failed to provide this during your stay. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional service and accommodations that you deserve.
