Stayed for a short period of one night on my way to Kalaburgi ( Gulbarga ). The Airport pick up was smooth and efficient! Check in was also good with a surprise of an upgrade to a premier Room. Dinner and Breakfast next morning in their Restaurant-Food Exchange, were also very good. In fact after my Return from Kalaburgi on Sunday stopped over again for Lunch at the same Restaurant before proceeding to the Airport for catching an Evening flight to Mumbai! Overall a very satisfying stay and would definitely stay here the next time when i am in Hyderabad again !!

The stay and the rooms had no issue at all, it was very comfortable! Bringing to you notice that your backend reservation team and front desk don't talk to each other, despite of making a payment online , sending confirmation of it and receiving the acknowledgement of it from the reservation team , the lady at the front desk tells me it's not paid for , pls pay for the room ! You need to fix that

Overall good but I spent an hour trying to establish an internet connection on my phone, including with a Novotel technician trying to help, when I've achieved instant Internet connection in the 3 other hotels I've been staying at in India. It was frustrating as I was using the hotel for a quick 24 hour break but lost an hour and gained a lot of frustration. No recompense of any kind was offered by the hotel staff.
