Proximity to Airport was a big convenience factor - eliminating the traffic chaos to and from airport. Being designated as a "Guest of the day" appreciate the extra perks offered and pick up/drop off service. It was my first time stay at Novotel and it was a memorable one

Overall, a comfortable and good stay with nice breakfast, v friendly and helpful staff, nice room, but was woken up in the middle of the night by itch on my legs with red spots, so maybe the blankets' cleanliness can be improved. Other than that, all else is good.

A beautiful quiet oasis near the airport! A free hourly shuttle is provided making it easy for late night arrivals etc. Lovely buffet breakfast too!! The corner suite 101 had a separate sitting come dining area with a desk, overlooking manicured lawns! It was a lovely set up to spread out and set up a temporary office to work from. While the hotel and the airport are far from the city, it is a good location for short business stop overs in the city or conferences etc

The ac would not cool due to a lack of service by the hotel management , we were really hot, the light in the bathroom thats used at night, a dimmable bathroom light was non fucntional, I was at the property for less than 20 hours I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POORLY MAINTAINED PROPERTY, staff is careless.

Novotel gave me pleasure of experiencing a satisfying and peaceful stay in Hyderabad. The hotel is well located, 15 minutes from the airport. The staff were very helpful and catered to all my needs. I was also given a free upgrade which enhanced the experience. Would love to visit again.

I booked a day room to sleep before a midnight flight. There was constant noise coming from the floor above. Reception said they would call back once it stopped, but no one did. I called reception several times and no one answered. They finally called after 2 hours asking if I wanted to change rooms, by which time my rest was already lost. If maintenance work was scheduled, guests should not have been given those rooms. Food and housekeeping were good. But the unresponsive reception was very frustrating and defeated the purpose of my stay.
