We had flights early in the morning and we were compelled to stay at Novotel which happens to be the only star hotel in the proximity. The bed rooms and bathrooms are wore off and due to the repair works the elevator area is smelly. Our rooms didn’t even had any face towels or napkins. But the staff is friendly and very professional.

Blocked Sink… water all over the bathroom floor… Iron Box was not working… no hangers in the closet … had to call multiple times for someone to come clean the bathroom. I felt People at the reception didn’t take the issue seriously in spite of repeated requests and urgency.

The bathroon flush of room no 577, was not working properly everytime we used the water was leaking. But, must say the food was super delicious. We enjoyed every bit if taste. Staff was super humble and well behaved. Thank you it was overall good experience.
