The lingering smoke smell in the corridors is unacceptable, and we've already taken steps to enhance our cleaning and ventilation processes to address this issue thoroughly. We're extremely glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our front desk staff. However, we are deeply sorry for the unacceptable cleanliness issues you encountered. The situation with the toilet seat upon your arrival and the subsequent stains in the bathroom are far below our standards, and we take full responsibility. We've immediately launched an internal investigation to identify where the breakdown in our cleaning procedures occurred. We've retrained our housekeeping staff, reinforcing the importance of meticulous attention to detail and thorough cleaning to ensure that every room is spotless before guests check in. We've also implemented more stringent quality control checks to prevent similar issues from happening again.
