A Great International Standard Hotel in a Great Location

The hotel is very well located just outside Dongsi Shitiao subway Station (Exit C). The style is modern with beautiful decor and a lot of attention to guest comfort. Check-in was efficient and professional and I was in my room quickly. Rooms are very well appointed, with WiFi, TV, room safe, tea /coffee facilities, minibar and bathrobes. The bathroom has an excellent shower, good quality toiletries and big towels (bathsheets). I didn't have breakfast, use the restaurants or try the other on-site facilities. I had room service twice (European food) and both food and service were excellent. The only (slight) negative is that the room was too hot (which seems to be an issue with many hotels in Beijing in the winter). However, the hotel provided a portable a/c unit. I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely return and recommend the hotel to others.

This is already my fifth time, I guess, staying in this hotel. Great Location. MRT Station Dong Si Shi Tiao Entrance / Exit C is just in front of the lobby, around 30m walking distance. Room is great. Very Functional. Breakfast is fantastic with some german / swiss bread. The Club Lounge is also very enjayable and offers a lot of choices of food, pastry, fruits, beverages and alcoholic drinks. Special Thanka to June in the Excutive Club Lounge who has always been taking care of me and my needs warmly, also for my mom last time she was here. Beijing Swissôtel is already like a second home to me everytime I am in Beijing. Defitnetely will come back again everytime I am in Beijing.

Brand new hotel spacious with separate walking closet. I will choose this hotel again for sure if stay in Beijing again. Breakfast is good more western choices and yet lounge was closed during that time

First visit to Beijing, great service at the Club Lounge and Cafe Swiss for breakfast meals. However, service at the front desk needs to improve especially at the ALL Accor members desk for foreign visitors who don’t speak Mandarin. Rooms of average size. Great views of city from higher floors but had to request for upgrade at check-in for higher status Accor Plus members.

We’re glad you enjoyed the Club Lounge service and Cafe Swiss breakfast, but sincerely apologize that the front desk—especially the ALL Accor members desk for non-Mandarin-speaking guests—needs improvement. We’ll address this with targeted team training. We note your comments on average room sizes, great high-floor city views, and that Accor Plus higher-status members needed to request upgrades; we’ll remind staff to proactively inform eligible members of upgrade benefits moving forward.
