We stayed befor here also but this time when i reached with my family hotel was closed because of rain under renovation they moved our booking to novotel city centre wich was too far from our tourist spots wich we book we request to a guy zeshan he did his best for us to make our booking in al barsha only thanks for him best wishes for novotel

We made reservations at this property when we arrived the hotel was closed because of flooding in dubai we were upset to go anywhere there was a gentleman guy named zeeshan he helped us alot with our stay he gave us free upgrade to better hotel thanks for him

2nd May 2024 . Checkin Denied by Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai. The hotel was shut and we were blatantly asked to go somewhere else. We have been through huge levels of stress because of all this. The hotel confirmed the booking and upon reaching the hotel we were denied booking by the hotel. 10 pm at night we were left stranded and were forced by the hotel staff. We are highly appalled to see such service and treatment from Novotel and Accor Group. We spent so much money and time and at the end we were denied Checkin. This is highly Disappointing and Atrocious.

Had a visit in the first of March, the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and the stuff is friendly. All related services are also good. It's near the mall of Emirates just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are good size . they just forgot to add my All.com points :)
