The service was a 10/10 .From the catering to the cleaning service . Most importantly the customer service from Nouman from Al Salaam Tourism official desk in ibis Mall Avenue was just amazing. Helped us come up options of places we could tour while we were in Dubai. He ensured everything runed smoothly. The best part was him organizing VIP pickup and drop at the hotel. This was a huge relief since it helped us manorvuer comfortably in the city.

Pleasant stay at ibis. Nice lobby, near and clean rooms, good vibes. Hotel location is good enough to access supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants etc. Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Saeed Abrar and Robin.
