Awesome location. Nice food spread and great hospitality. Over to that, spacious rooms and helping staff. The hotel has it all what you need to have a perfect vacation. Plus this place is just a 10 mins walk from the Metro Station. It also has few restaurants and market nearby. We booked 4 rooms for 5 nights here and had a great stay. Dubai is great place to visit and staying here would give access to both directions of the city i.e. towards Deira / old city and towards Marina Beach. Also its near to Metro so you can go to Burj Khalifa, Future Museum or to any place by using Metro. Overall we had a great experience. One good point is that it has washroom separate and bathing area with bathtub separate, so with family it really helps one to save time.

Only booked for our first night’s stay before relocating to the Palm. After reading so many positive reviews, I had high expectations for this property. Location, central and easy access to Mall of the Emirates. We booked a Family Suite and were shocked at the poor state of the room. Very tired, older style accommodation, furniture extremely knocked about, scratched and damaged. Dirt and dust on all skirting boards and some furniture surfaces. Very old carpet in our first room. Staff very obliging and did move us to a ‘better’ room after finding someone’s nail clippings on the carpet but apart from new timber laminate flooring the state of the room was identical. Queen bed extremely firm. Sofa bed made up with no top sheet (only bottom sheet & blanket) and side of pull out mattress broken. Bathrooms cramped and in need of a deep clean or renovation. Honestly the only thing this property has going for it is its staff. A lot of money needs to be injected into completely renovating the rooms to a 4 star standard. And for $430 Aud for a night I expected better. Look elsewhere for a better deal in a more modern/updated property.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended I had a great stay at Novo Hotel Suites near Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and calm. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious, and truly exceeded my expectations. I have to express my gratitude to the amazing staff in the restaurant. A special thank you to Madam Najla — she is wonderful, professional, and clearly very passionate about her work. The staff downstairs/front desk were extremely kind, enthusiastic, and highly professional. They made everything easy and pleasant from check-in to daily requests. Housekeeping deserves special praise, especially Narayan, who cleans very thoroughly, pays great attention to detail, and genuinely cares about guest comfort. His work made a big difference in my stay and of course a big thanks to the house keeping supervisor Manikantha who made everything easier for us. I truly loved the high standards of cleanliness, the rules, and the organization of the hotel. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
