Das Hotel an sich ist gut, denn die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es ist zwar etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt, trotzdem ist gleiche ein großer Einkaufszentrum gleich um die Ecke inkl. Metro Haltestelle. Was aber definitiv etwas abwertend ist, ist der Zustand der Räume. Die Möbel und das Badezimmer haben definitiv die besten Jahre hinter sich und es sollte wirklich mal renoviert werden. Wem das egal ist, für den dürfte das Hotel passen. Für uns war das akzeptabel, aber für Dubai Verhältnisse hätten wir uns schon was besseres vorgestellt.

Geräumige Zimmer, gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal (erkannte uns wieder, da wir schon mehrfach hier übernachtet haben), das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Housekeeping ist bei sechs Übernachtungen zwei Mal gar nicht aufgetaucht und vier Mal erst nach 15:30 Uhr, als wir gerade zurückgekommen sind. Super Garage! Hatte immer Parkplätze vorhanden.

Das Team v. a. an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, keine 5 Gehminuten von der Emirates Mall und damit auch nahe zur U-Bahn. Auch der Pool ist schön und es gibt dort, am Dach, auch Service. Aber die Größe des Zimmers war doch recht enttäuschend. Unter "Suites" stellt man sich schon etwas ganz anderes vor.

Ich war für eine Woche Urlaub in Dubai in diesem Hotel. Sehr schönes Hotel direkt neben der Mall of the Emirates. Sehr gut gelegen. Die Metro-Station ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr große Zimmer und sehr sauber. Man benutzt beim Frühstück und beim Essen die Räumlichkeiten des direkt nebenan gelegenen Ibis-Hotels mit. Das Frühstück hat eine sehr große Auswahl und ist sehr gut. Ebenfalls wenn man mal abends im Restaurant essen möchte ist es sehr lecker. Und auch die Bar ist Abends zu empfehlen. Das gesamte Personal ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück, in der Bar, die Reinigungskräfte etc. sind immer sehr freundlich und immer absolut hilfsbereit. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lage und Essen sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber noch akzeptabel. Lediglich in den Bädern könnte es sauberer sein (vor allem in den Ecken steckt der Dreck fest.
