We're glad to hear that you appreciated our central location—being close to the Botanic Gardens and the city centre is certainly one of the highlights of staying with us. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We understand the difficulty of navigating Oxford’s complex road system, and while we offer parking options, we know it can be a challenge in the city centre. Your feedback on room temperature and ventilation is particularly valuable, and we’re actively reviewing options to improve guest comfort during warmer months. We also regret that breakfast didn’t meet your expectations and that the service in the dining room fell short. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure better service moving forward. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed our location on High Street—being on the edge of Oxford's historic centre certainly puts guests in the heart of the city. We’re sorry that your first night was disturbed by noise from the street. Due to our central location, some rooms do experience more of the hustle and bustle of Oxford life, especially those facing High Street. We're glad our team was able to move you promptly to a quieter room in the annex, and we appreciate your kind words about their service.
