Easy to walk to as it is Close to the main train station, this is an unassuming hotel is clean and comfortable. No frills basic Double room with two beds compact bathroom walk in shower. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff is welcoming and attentive.

I had a great stay at this lovely hotel. The atmosphere was nice, and everything was well-organized. A special thanks to Dania, she was fantastic! She helped me with everything, from finding the right buses to get to work to giving me great tips about the city and the hotel's services. Her kindness and support made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

Hubbie and i stayed overnite for appointment next day in london .Ideal location . Alot cheaper than staying in London. 2 minutes from train station . Lovely quiet room . Nearby to a few bars and food establishments. Room is just as described .

Awful experience. My friend got double charged last time he was there so the hotel gave him a voucher for free drinks. When he tried to use the voucher this time, the hotel staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful and said he was supposed to have used it when he was leaving even though he was literally checking out when they gave him the voucher and at the time the hotel said he could use it at the next stay. One staff member specifically (Shibin) was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I would not recommend staying at this hotel considering how poorly they (Shibin in particular) treat their customers.

I wanted to write this review due to the excellent service I received from Marta on reception. Marta was very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and extremely patient. Marta tried her best to help and took time to ensure she resolved my problem, her attitude was exceptional and deserved to be acknowledged for her brilliant customer service.
