I come every few months to Novotel Reading, I always feel very welcome by the staff members, especially Marissa, and Hind, the make me feel at home, thank you very much for being so friendly

Lucy and the team were super friendly and went out of there way to help me. What a fantastic team!!! The room is fabulous and the facilities great. (Good coffee TV, bar gym etc! I always stay here when in Reading and will continue to do so!

Location: convenient, only 2 minutes ' walk from the rail station. Atmosphere : cosy lobby & bar, front desk guest relations officer, Marissa Hind Lucy, kind and helpful. Rooms: spacious, large beds, toilet and bathroom are separate.

I stay here regularly, it’s good value for money, nice rooms and great facilities like the pool. Easy to reach from the railway station and central for restaurants and bars
