Short reception staff , long waiting for even booking and checking in, small rooms given than a bare minimum expectation , no proper washroom stuff present for double occupancy before hand , no towel or washroom slippers were present or provided. Dirty washbasin and toilet is a must noted point in respect to hygiene. Awful overall experience from accor perspective being a new user , just had to adjust for that night. Hoping for a compensation if possible or reply back.
