The pillow cover had stains and we're not changed even on day 2. New toiletries were not provided on day 2. The food at the restaurant was good, variety of breakfast was less but taste was good.

Not felt like accor hotel style service. All the staff , especially reception staff dealing with generic responses. Behaving more like wending kiosk. Not interested in understanding customer requirements.

Had a pretty bad experience this time at IBIS, called the reception innumerable times and they did not pick up even once! For every little thing, had to go down - can't imagine what would have happened if there would have been an emergency!! Overall, witnessed a very indifferent attitude - wouldn't like to book our stays with them again.

There were curry stains on the bed but they didn't instructed while checking after checkout they charged extra 2500 for stains on the bed

Centrally located, near to IKEA, Shilparamam, Sarath City Mall, QMart, and restaurants like Haldiram, Chutneys, Minerva Cafe, Nautanki Gali, Taaza Kitchen, Subbaiah gari Hotel and G Pulla Reddy make Ibis the right choice for a stay in Hyderabad. The rooms are spacious with all amenities like small fridge, electric kettle, locker and small wardrobe. Room service was quick and kept room fully equipped. Washroom was very clean, noise free and I could enjoy street view from the rooms. Mr. Venu and his team were very helpful especially during airport transfers. Breakfast was served very well. All thanks to Ibis I enjoyed my Hyderabad trip completely and look forward to staying again there.!!!
