Extremely rude, insensitive, and unacceptable behaviour from the hotel staff!! My 80-year-old grandparents checked into this hotel yesterday. This morning, they requested basic assistance from the reception to carry their luggage from the room to the cab. The staff bluntly refused, saying “we do not provide this service.” This is not just poor service—it is outright disgraceful. Refusing such a simple and humane request from elderly guests shows a shocking lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic hospitality. If a hotel cannot extend minimal support to senior citizens, it has no business calling itself a hotel. SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR !!!

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Отель не новый, но по соотношению цена-качество - хороший выбор. Удобное расположение, рядом с аэропортом. Радует завтрак. Хороший шведский стол, большой выбор вегетарианских блюд, в меру острых. За что отдельное спасибо Chef Deepak
