Landed in late to Dubai so wanted somewhere for a few hours sleep before moving to another hotel in the Accor group on the Palm Don’t normally stay in Ibis hotels but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, service and how clean and modern it was. In fact I’d say it was one of the best Ibis hotels I have stayed in. Great location in close proximity to the metro. Would definitely recommend

Travel in the time of covid.

I would like to thank the staff of Ibis Al Barsha who served us during our stay. It was challenging at times due to covid still being around. They were patient with our questions and met all expectations. Coffee in the dining area was very good.

The service and housekeeping were superb!! Beyond my expectation. Better than the other 4-star hotel I stayed during my trip in Dubai. However, I prefer to have self-service breakfast. The staffs at breakfast restaurant need to improve.

A great last minute covid-19 stay

She arrived confused as to where she was, but a member of the security team told her she was in the right place. She went reception where she met two really cool Moroccan ladies. They were funny, helpful, nice, polite and professional. They gave her a great room with a great view and a few extra benefits. The house keeping team did their best to clean the room. Everything was great. One area of improvement for the house keeping team. Please check on drawers for stored food. Many guest put their empty food boxes there. If you don't check, you'll start to see insects. Overall, we will book this hotel again for her .

Ibis Al Barsha is well-situated for most spots in Dubai. This was my third stay in three years, and I was pleased to learn before arriving that the nearby and walkable Al Zahra Hospital were carrying out PCR tests 24-hours per day. I found the hotel service at all times very friendly, helpful and efficient, and the food on the (fairly limited) menu extremely good. My only disappointments were that the price of alcohol was rather steep; perhaps this could be reviewed; and the channels on my TV were limited to none I could watch and understand except Star Movies. Why are there no news channels in English? Please address this issue as soon as possible.
