L'accueil a été déplorable. Pas de personnel pour les valises contrairement à d'autres hôtels. Pas de salle de restauration, on dine à l'accueil. Pas de plats non épicés, dîner très médiocre. Choix limité tant au petit déjeuner qu'au repas.

Regarding dining, ibis operates with a contemporary dining concept, where meals are served in a common social area rather than a traditional standalone restaurant. - Pour commencer, chambre salle, surtout la salle de bain. L’évacuation de la douche était également très mauvaise, des poils dans le lit et de la poussière partout. -Ensuite, réveillés au milieu de la nuit par l’alarme incendie car quelqu’un avait ouvert la porte. à remarquer qu’il n’y a pas d’autres escaliers dans l’établissement sauf les escaliers de secours. - Des coupures de courant à répétition. - Nous avons été bloqué dans l’ascenseur. - Le petit déjeuner indien, ne vous attendez pas à un buffet varié et européen. - Les chambres sont extrêmement mal isolées. Nous avions une chambre avec porte communicante et malheureusement des voisins très bruyants. Nous pouvons vous retranscrire l’entièreté de leurs conversations.

La chambre est propre mais un peu vetuste et aurait besoin d'être rafraichie. Une salle de bain en dur plutôt qu'un module préfabriqué serait un plus pour le confort
