The hotel is good,the villa is big,the cars is so fast to our villa,the front desk girl Anne is hospitality and nice,the villa has a big pool,I can swim to there,we have a nice vacation here ,very good 👍 see you next time,I believe I will comeback again

houseping. Duan Jinfeng very nice, very nice cleaning, attractive to requests. Always smiling. We really liked it. Always everything is washed and tidied up. Bed linen was changed regularly and carefully. We had the best housekeeping service on the island.

Top notch villas, privacy and a great atmosphere, this is why we highly recommend those villas. Myanmar style are our favorites. Common pool is also well maintained and gives you the chance to enjoy it also on check out date. Worth a visit while in Santa

Very good hotel, great value price to quality , Hotel appreciate loyal Accor members , i stayed in this Hotel for 10 days , im very happy about stay, special thanks for Ms Sisy for presonal care, big thansk for chefs for individual food preferences , Hotel I recomend for everyone who wanted to rest in nice place . with plesure i will back there for my next holidays.

The hotel is really nice and the staff are plesant. BUT it is very dated and need a good cleanup. We stayed in a villa 6022 which was lovely and peaceful. The pool was clean and warm on very hot day. The living room over looking the pool was where we spent time as it was cool and relaxing. The bathroom was large and clean but needs updating. Check in was so slow and our villa wasn't ready, which was a surprise as it seemed it hadn't been used in awhile. Had lunch in the restaurant while we waited which was good but expensive. Was given 3 different menus which was confusing. Again the staff were lovely. Breakfast is a free for all and just looks a mess. The staff dont have a clue. Western food mmm cornflakes coco pops boiled sausage and fried egg. Not a great selection. If you love Chinese food go for it but use your elbows to get anything. The hotel has teamed up with a company to book trips amd cars who in my opinion are next to useless. Chocolate fireguard comes to mind. The beach is walking distance and is plesant with activists to do. It can be busy. Would I stay here again, maybe as they cant get any worse. 4 star hotel 2 star staff with regards to doing their job. 5 stars for staff friendliness.
